With Lockhart sent off to St Mungo's, Ginny, Harry, Ron, and I stood in Dumbledore's office

"Ingenious. Simply... ingenious." The man muttered looking down at the ruins of the diary before he finally looked up at the four of us

"Of course, Tom Riddle was probably the most brilliant student Hogwarts has ever seen. I taught him myself fifty years ago. After he left, I would occasionally hear stories of his activities...dark rumors...but after awhile, even the rumors stopped. When he finally resurfaced as Lord Voldemort, most people had completely forgotten the clever Head Boy he'd once been." He explained

"I didn't know whose diary it was, sir. I swear. I found it inside my cauldron." Ginny told Dumbledore before whispering to us

"The day we all went to Diagon Alley." And I thought back to that day.

"But I understand if... given all the trouble I've caused... if you-"

"Wiser wizards than you have been hoodwinked by Lord Voldemort, Miss Weasley. No, I think you've endured enough. I would suggest a bit of bed rest, however. And perhaps a large mug of hot chocolate. I always find that cheers me up. Minerva, will you show Arthur and Molly up to the hospital wing?" Dumbledore asked cutting Ginny off

"Certainly, Albus." Minnie said stepping out

"A diary that writes back to you! Honestly, Ginny! What were you thinking? Haven't I always told you? Never trust anything that can think for itself if you can't see where it keeps its brain!" We heard Molly yell from outside and we all looked towards the door as I sighed angrily. The girls been through enough as it is, why is Molly yelling at her?

"You three realize, of course, that in the last few hours, you have broken perhaps a dozen school rules?" Dumbledore asked regaining our attention

"Yes, sir." Harry and Ron replied but I shrugged

"And that there is sufficient evidence to expel you both?" He asked

"Yes, sir." The boys replied again

"Therefore, it seems only fitting..." He spoke with a humorous glint in his eyes

"That you all receive Special Awards for Services to the School.And...let me see...yes, I think two hundred points apiece, which,I believe, should be more than enough to secure Gryffindor the House Cup." He smiled

"Why thank you sir Dumbles." I smiled in return as Harry and Ron both gave me strange looks to which I laughed

"Now, Mr. Weasley, if you would, have an owl deliver these release papers to Azkaban. We need our gamekeeper back." Dumbledore instructed and Ron nodded running off

"Miss Udaku, I sense you have business to tend too?" Dumbledore asked and I smirked

"Right you are sir." I said saluting him before I walked out to make my way to the hospital wing when I saw Lucius Malfoy and I smiled.

"Mr. Malfoy sir! I was just in my way to write you." I greeted and he glared down at me.

"To apologize I hope. Your quite lucky I don't have you arrested." He snapped and I nodded

"Most certainly sir but I was hoping to inquire about some business. You see I recently found out about my magical parentage and I-"

"Do get to the point." He sighed and I nodded

"Right, right. I am the last of the O'Connor line. Pureblood of course and I know that you are also-"

"Are you really?" He asked shocked and I nodded

"Yes, my mother's name was Hope O'Connor. She unfortunately died in childbirth as rumors say. But you see Draco has become a friend of my and well the Parkinson girl isn't really fond of me. So I was wondering if maybe Draco could be betrothed to me instead?" I asked confidently but with the sweet undertone Draco informed me I should use. Lucius seemed to be studying me as he thought
