53. Feel Your Feelings

It had been a pretty mellow few weeks after Draco's arrival and Harry's trial. We'd be leaving for Hogwarts tomorrow morning and luckily most of our books this year has an online version so apart from replacing Draco's clothes and stuff we didn't need to go shopping. As for Draco, Lucius hasn't even contacts him yet but Narcissa called me and I gave the phone to Sirius. I don't know what they talked about but it ended in Sirius claiming guardianship.

Sirius and Remus went out to buy necessities, James and Lily where up stairs watching a movie in there room, Molly and Arthur went to go get some things from the burrow leaving us kids to do whatever we wanted so we were in the sitting room.

I was sitting at the piano with Fred, Lee was twirling George around to the music, Harry was reading with Draco's head in his lap as he slept, Ginny was playing Wizards chess with Ron, and Hermione was reading in the chair by the fire

"Hey." Fred mumbled

"Hmm?" I looked up at him as he moved my hands and started playing a song

"Sing with me?" He asked and I nodded

Please come back now" Fred sang softly and I smiled

"And there goes my mind racing

I'm hopeless now." I sang as I put my right hand on the keys and Fred grabbed my left hand lacing our fingers together as I put my head on his shoulder.

"I'd climb every mountain
And swim every ocean" He sang before turning to kiss the top of my head while I sang the next line

And fix what I've broken"

"Oh, 'cause I need you to see
That you are the reason" We sang together in a harmony before I sang the next verse

"There goes my hands shaking

My heart keeps bleeding

"And if I could turn back the clock
I'd make sure the light defeated the dark
I'd spend every hour, of every day
Keeping you safe" Fred sang as I hummed the background parts

"And I'd climb every mountain

And fix what I've broken

That you are the reason" We harmonized

"I don't wanna fight no more
I don't wanna hide no more
I don't wanna cry no more." Fred said laughing at me when I stuck my tongue out at him before he continued

"Come back I need you to hold me

I need you to hold me tonight"

"You are the reason" I held out the last syllable of the word 'reason', laughing at the end when Fred poked his finger into my side

"I'd climb every mountain." He sang in almost a whisper before I followed in the same tone

"And swim every ocean."

And fix what I've broken
'Cause I need you to see
That you are the reason." We finished the song and just sort of stared at each other

"Since when can you sing Freddie?" Lee asked bringing us back to reality and we turned to see everyone looking at us shocked and Ginny holding her phone up with a smile
