Sirius Black.

The fear inside me quickly turned into anger at the man that ruined so many lives, so many lives of people I was very close to. Is I tried to look for my wand in my pockets and my hands were shaking, making it hard for me to even get a firm grip onto the wood. Sirius was faster than me and immediately reacted when I accidentally let the wand fall down in the action of rushing onto my feet, he quickly took it and hesitantly pointed it towards me. I wondered why he was so hesitant, after all I've heard he was a ruthless, cold-murdering traitor. If he wanted to, he would have killed me by now...but he was simply standing there, with pleading eyes darted at me, with my own wand pointed directly at me.

„What do you want?" I hissed and leaned closer to the wall behind me. I knew there was no way of escaping and even if only one bit of the stories about him were true, he would kill me without any hesitation...

„Please, listen to me..." he said in a sad and almost begging tone. „I-I need you to listen to me!" he said again but louder, causing me to flinch. When he noticed my reaction, I saw the sadness creeping up in his eyes again.

„Doesn't look like I have much of choice..." I muttered and glanced down at the wand pointed at my face. Something deep inside me was screaming for me to feel sorry for him and help him. It felt like something was connecting us and I tried my best to fight those thoughts and feelings. Looking into his eyes, it almost felt like I could see the man Remus had described to me so many times...but he was hurt and devastated. In a strange way it seemed I was looking into my own eyes...

Sirius sighed and lowered my wand a little bit. „I don't want to hurt you...or anyone" he explained and I searched for a lie in his eyes. „Probably every story you heard about me...is not true. I was locked up for a crime I haven't commit, I n-never would have..." he paused again and looked into my eyes for a response, but I stayed still and took in his every of his words.

„I was locked up for twelve..." he paused, like he needed to process this fact himself. „...for twelve fucking years." His voice began to fill with rage.

„I-I know I just said, I would never be able to murder a friend of mine like everybody was made to believe...but the friend-" he spat out the last word. „The traitor, who betrayed James and Lily, the real reason why they are dead-"

„Who?" I asked, interrupting him. Sirius smirked at me, like he had waited for me to say something.

„ 'Thought you'd never ask, dear sister-" he responded and lowered the wand completely. This would have given me my chance, but I didn't even thought about doing anything, still processing what he had just called me.

„S-Sister?" I stuttered. Sirius hit his head with his hand, like he had forgotten about this.

„Where are my manners" he muttered to himself and straightened his posture. „I'm Sirius of the house Black, my father Orion, may he rest in hell, got tired of my mother-" he started to explain and leaned in closer to whisper the next part „i can't blame him, she was a monster...Anyway, he then met your mother and they made you. Voila" He finished and hold both arms towards me in a celebrating gesture.

I just stared at him with wide eyes, processing what he just told me. I wasn't even shocked...it felt, like deep down, I always knew this was true and I had just denied it the whole time...
