In the next morning I woke up freezing for some reason and quickly got ready. I also added black knee socks since i still was cold. I looked at my time schedule and saw that I had potions first. I rolled my eyes, Snape was surely not the first thing I wanted to see on my first day of school.

I went down into the great hall and ignoring the house tables I sat down next to Fred and George.

"How is you schedule?" I asked them as I pulled some cornflakes into a bowl.

"I need coffee" Fred stated, he looked really tired. "Me too" I just answered.
After a short while George had managed to get us coffee and I thanked him.

"You two look so tired, what did you do all night?" I asked them.

"We tried a out the map..." George said with a proud smile.

"I works?"

"Yes of course, Maevy-Baby" he answered with a larger smile and they started giggling.

"Bloody hell stop it"

"I can see you put a little more effort in..." Fred said pointing at my knee socks.
"...to impress a certain someone." George added with a smirk.

"How can someone be this annoying in the morning?" I asked myself and laughed. "No I didn't I was just cold..." They didn't believe me, but it was true... okay maybe they were a little right, I knew it looked cute and even a little sexy.

"I don't think I even have his class today...I didn't look yet" I stated.

"So you know who we are talking about..." Fred said and both of them started laughing again. Shit. They got me. "Let me check..." he said and quickly pulled the schedule out of my hand and took a look. He looked over the paper and slowly took it down... a huge smirk formed on his face. I knew what that meant...I had his class today and they would never believe me that I didn't got dressed up for him.

"Hopefully you two idiots are not in it...or else you will probably embarrass me" I said and rolled my eyes. Both of them turned towards me with even widen smiles, oh god they were in my class. Of course I was happy to have class with them...but just not in his.

After I had finished breakfast I still had half an hour before class started, so I decided to talk to Dumbledore about my private lessons. He would tell me who could teach me how to control my abilities. So I made my way to his tower and all the stairs. I really wondered how he managed to do this everyday, especially in his age... I was lost in my thoughts and chuckled at the image I made up in my head.

Suddenly I felt myself running into someone, I felt myself tripping backwards. Intentionally closed my eyes in fear of the long and really hurtful fall I would experience, since I was on top of the staircase. But gladly the person catched me and I felt strong hands grabbing my arms. He pushed me towards him so I was really close to him and my hands were placed on his chest. I opened my eyes and saw a striped button up with a brown cardigan and a blazer on top. I immediately knew who my hero was.

"Professor" I said looking up into his eyes with a smile, like nothing had happened. He smiled back down at me.

"So are we just going to ignore the fact that I saved your life..." he said with a smirk. We just stayed in this position, our faces were only centimeters apart and i felt his body against mine. I really hoped we could stay in this position forever, I felt save.

"I wouldn't say you saved my life... but thank you, Sir" I said with a smirk. I was just joking since the staircase was really long and with the moving stairs i wasn't sure what would have happened if he wasn't there... and i didn't even wanted to imagine. But my focus was on him and i decided to play with him a little. And it worked because he smirked at my words.

"I don't want to imagine what could have happened..." he nearly whispered, which caused a shiver running down my spine. He slowly leaned forward and whispered into my ear "you owe me something, Maeve." His hands slowly left my arm, which caused another shiver and I already was tensed up. He stepped backwards, his warmth leaving me and he smiled at my now red face and walked past me. Leaving me out of breath, heated up and when I tried to walk towards Dumbledore's office I felt that my female parts had turned wet. I wanted to slap myself for what me and my body had felt when he was so close...

When I arrived at his office I had calmed down... at least a little. And knocked on the wooden door, nobody answered and the door just opened. I walked in and saw that Dumbledore was standing at the other side of the room.

"Miss Lovegood...or should I say Falcon" he said while he turned towards me.

"Ehm.." I didn't know what to say.

"It's alright Maeve...so you are here because you are wondering who will teach you.." he stated with a smile. I didn't even try to question how he knew. I mean it was Dumbledore. So I just nodded.

"Before we decide on that, I wanted to tell you a little more about your mother, if that is alright with you?" He asked me and looked at me over his glasses.

"Of course, sir"

"So... she was a Ravenclaw just like you and I heard she was really intelligent with incredible grades. After she left Hogwarts it is hard to find out more about what was going on in her life...but at the place her...she was found a letter was in her coat, it was signed by a Person called Orion and he was writing about you..."

"Could he be my father?" I immediately asked without even thinking.

"What I could guess from the letter, yes...maybe you should take a look at the letter" he said and with a quick movement of his hand a letter from his desk was flying towards me. I catched it and slowly opened it, it seemed a little older and the paper had rips and liquid stains. I folded it open and saw beautiful handwriting all over the page. I started reading...it was very romantic and he seemed heartbroken, because they were apart from each other. He missed her and he used beautiful words. Then he wrote about a unborn child which he had found out about. He wanted to see the child and take care about it. He was worried about my mother and said she was in danger. He begged her to be careful...it broke my heart.

I love you, Ophelia and please take care of her...

Forever your's

Orion London, 13th July, 1975

That was how the letter ended. I looked at the date again.

"Professor Dumbledore...I was born in August 1976...how could they know that they were expecting over a year before I was born..?"

"Oh...yes, indeed Miss Falcon, didn't I tell you that already? I thought I did..." he said more to himself.

"What?"

"Well, you just turned eighteen...I don't know how they messed that up" he said and chuckled like it was not a big deal. I slowly began to feel like I lived a lie...I sat down on a chair next to the door. My birthday just was like two weeks ago...I thought I had turned seventeen...and my poor mother. Why did she needed to be so careful? And what happened to her? Who was my father and why were they apart and not happily together? So many unanswered questions were running through my head. But one stood out for me.

"Who was my father?" I slowly managed to say and looked back at Dumbledore.

"I only know one Orion that went to Hogwarts...but he was married and... no I don't think he is the one we are looking for...that can't be" he said and his voice got lower at every word, like he just realized something. He suddenly looked back to me with a completely different expression.

"Miss Falcon, you need to go class now..." and before I could argue he repeated his last words. So I stood up and walked down the stairs again, my mind was still filled with all the questions. If Dumbledore wouldn't tell me something about this Orion I will need to find informations myself.
