25. Fake story

What happened...

Third person's POV

Jimin and y/n came back to where Tae and others were sitting

"Where did Jungkook and Jessy go?" Jimin asked

"Jungkook came looking for you, didn't you see him?"

"No... Maybe he is looking for us, I'll go get him." Jimin stood up

"And where's Jessy?" Y/n asked

"She said she's going to the washroom" IU replied

Jimin walked towards the stairs. But before he reached there, he saw Jungkook and Jessy sitting in a distance.

Their seat was not visible from the others' seat since there was a small wall in between the not so huge but still big room/hall of the cafe.

He walked upto them.

He stopped when he heard her mentioning y/n. He heard half of what she said. [Eavesdropping? Well, he wanted to know how much genuinely Jessy will talk to Jungkook]

"Do you expect me to believe this? I would have believed it if someone else was saying this coz' I know about the company who hates my parents' company. But I am not buying this from you!" Jungkook stormed out of the cafe. He didn't even see Jimin who was standing on his way

Jimin saw Jessy sighing and texting someone.

He went to where Jungkook was sitting...

Present...

"Jessy, he won't believe you... But I can help you..."
Jessy looked up.

"Jimin?" She looked confused

"Yeah"

"Wha-why do you wanna help me? Do you believe me?"

"I do... But not all that you said..."

"Then?"

Without answering Jessy, Jimin took out his phone and dialled someone. The person picked up the call and Jimin put the phone call in speaker.

"Hey Koo... Where'd you go?" Jimin asked

'why is he calling Jungkook now?' Jessy thought.
She just wished that Jimin doesn't know 'anything' eventho there wasn't much chances that he know something about her...

"I left there. Tell the others too that I'm going home... I'm not in a mood to talk. Bye"

Before he hung up, Jimin spoke
"Hey hey hey! Don't hang up. Jessy is here with me..."

"What?" Jungkook asked

The mention of Jessy madened him more. He was already angry after hearing all that she said. His parents did have business rivals, but he was not ready believe what Jessy said

That was not the only thing which bothered him know.
Jimin is with Jessy? Why?

His thoughts were interrupted by Jimin

"Jessy have to say something, right Jess?" Jimin asked with a sarcastic tone. The way he called her 'Jess' gave Jessy chills

"Wh-what? I said everything already!" Jungkook heard Jessy saying

"You said everything from your fake story. Now tell him the whole story!" Jimin's tone had something unusual in it. It was creepy?

Jessy somehow froze in her position. She didn't know what to say. She was not sure what all Jimin knows and how.

"Jimin what're you talking about?"
Jungkook asked when no one spoke from the other side.

"Kookie, your dear sister told you many things right? Half of what she said was true. She never loved Steve and she knew about Steve's crush on y/n. That day, a few people did show her videos of you and scared her, but..." Jimin stopped and looked at Jessy.

Her face was turning pale. Literally, there was no expression in her face. It was totally blank. Her eyes were staring at Jimin.

Jessy's heart was beating faster than Yoongi's raps.

"But....?" Jungkook questioned

"She didn't tell you what happened after that and what happened before that day. She knows why they're hurting y/n and she is doing this not just because of what happened that day, but also because of some other reasons."

"Jimin make it clear and how do you know all this? Why're you with her?"

"I think we shouldn't talk all this on a phone call...." was what Jimin said

"Okay, I'll come back now!" Jungkook said

"But the cafe is closing early today and it's almost time. We can't talk in here"

"Then come to the park?" Jungkook asked

"Okay, we'll be there. Bye" Jimin hung up and stood to walk to the others and say they're leaving

"J-Jimin?" Jessy called him

"Yeah?"

"How do you... know all this? I mean, how do you know what was true and what wasn't?" Jessy was literally staring at Jimin in confusion.

"It's simple! What's my surname?"

"Park" she answered, that's when she realised it "Park!" She whispered again
'Why didn't I think of that?!'

"I guess that's all the explanation you need right?"

"B-but! Is... Is Mr.Park from the Park company your dad?!!" Jessy asked

"No! Actually he's my uncle!"

Who are the Parks? Well, they're the people whose using Jessy to hurt y/n....
