Betty sat next to Shawn on the couch of his new apartment.

"So I was thinking a date this week, anything you want," she said with a smile, trying to ignore Cory filming them in the kitchen. "Movie, game, swim...."

"Huh," Shawn said. "Well, my October's pretty full. But the third Friday in November looks good. You'll have to share me with Phyllis, but why don't I pencil you in?"

She hit his shoulder. "Shut up...Is there a Phyllis?"

"Nope, only you, gorgeous," he replied with a smile.

She grinned. "Good, that's just the way I like it." She kissed him softly.

Jack came in walking with a suit on, making her pull back from Shawn. "Hey, Brother Shawn and his girlfriend Betty. It's me, Jack, home from college. Got an 'A'. Now they want me to teach."

"Cut," Cory called, lowering his camera. "Let me explain this once again. I'm shooting a documentary for Feeny's film class. It's like MTV's The Real World. Now, I'm gonna follow you around the apartment, but for this to work, I need you to please be yourselves."

The three shared a look.

"Well, my October really is full," Shawn mumbled.

"And I just actually asked Shawn out on a date."

"I really did get an 'A'," Jack added.

Eric walked in wearing a wetsuit with a surfboard under his arm. "What's up, dudes? Caught some major waves downtown."

"Now, that's not real!" Cory exclaimed.

"But 'A' for the effort," Betty said.

"Come on! Let's do this again." The two older boys walked out the door again as Betty and Shawn sat back on the couch.

Betty sat in Mr. Feeny's class with Shawn as they watched Cory's documentary, clapping as it ended.

"An excellent start on your documentary, Mr. Matthews," Mr. Feeny said, walking up to Cory

"What?" Cory spoke with a smile and a look of surprise.

"Yes, excellent. I said, 'Excellent'. And I was talking about something you did. I don't know what came over me."

Cory smiled as he sat down. "Wow. Mr. Feeny, you really think that I made a good film?"

"No. I think The Graduate was a good film. What we have here is an excellent-"

"What?"

Mr. Feeny gave him a look. "Don't toy with me, Mr. Matthews. I would simply suggest that this being your senior year and NYU having a wonderful film program, that this student film could be your foot in the door to a fine university." Mr. Feeny looked at the class. "That said, are there any comments on the documentary we just saw?" A girl sitting next to Zack raised her hand. "Angela."
