You Can Go Home Again

Our last day in California. I would be staying at Robin's house and then be leaving in the morning with Zack and mom back to Philidelphia.

"I miss you, Shawny," I tell him over the phone as Robin impatiently waited on the couch nearby.

"I miss you more," Shawn told me. "I can't wait to see you when you get back."

"Me too," I giggle.

"Okay, you lovesick puppy. Hurry up or I'm going to the skate park with our friends and without you," Robin told me.

"All right," I say before speaking into the phone. "I better go before Robin leaves without me."

"Okay, I love you," he told me.

I smiled. "Love you too. See you tomorrow," I reply, hanging up the phone and picking up my skateboard from by the door. "I'm here, happy?"

"Now, I am," she said, opening the door for me. "It's your last day. I wanna hang out with you. Even though you are very different from what I remember."

I brushed off what she said, but just shrugged. "A little older, a little wiser."  I placed my board on the street, pushing away from her as she got on her bike. "30 dollars I'll be there before you."

"Hold on, Cooper!" she yelled, pedalling on her bike.

3rd POV

The next day, the Cooper family returned back to Philidelphia. A loud knock at the door caused Andrea to answer the door revealing Shawn and Topanga.

"Hi, Mrs. Cooper," Topanga greeted, entering the home with Shawn.

"Topanga, Shawn," she greeted. "Good to see you guys."

"You too," Topanga replied.

"Is she here?" Shawn asked, eagerly.

"Yeah," Zack answered, coming downstairs with Archie behind him. "I told her that Archie rented The Outsiders so she could drool over Rob Lowe."

"But I didn't rent The Outsiders," Archie replied.

Zack paused. "Then, I'll rent it to make up for lying to her." He picked up the baseball bat by the door. "Bye, Panga, Hunter," he told them as both boys exited out of the home and Andrea went into the kitchen.

"Oh, I can't wait to see my girlfriend," Shawn said, happily.

"Second of course because Betty is going to be happy to see me and run to her best friend first," Topy replied.

"Well, I happen to be her best friend and boyfriend, that's two in one. We've been talking all summer, we miss each other a lot."

"Exactly why she won't have time for you and go straight to me," Topy replied.
