"Honestly, Lena, it's fine. It'll be just like a sleepover." Kara insists, putting her bags down. "Yeah, just like a sleepover." Lena repeats, trying to convince herself of the statement. 

An hour later, the two were joining everyone for drinks. "Kara, Lena, glad you two decided to join us!" Jack says, passing out drinks to the whole group. Lena immediately takes a sip of drink, feeling nervous. Kara immediately notices and grabs her hand. "So, how long have the two of you been together?" Jack asks the pair once they sit down. "Eight months as of last week." Lena answers quickly. Kara nods with a smile, taking note of the lie in case anybody else asked. "Best eight months of my life." 

As the night goes on, Jack asks more questions, and Kara can tell it makes Lena stressed. She had quite a few drinks by this point and was starting to get more cuddly with Kara. Lena was leaning into Kara, resting her head on her shoulder. "We should probably get back to our room" Kara says "this one seems pretty tired." She gestures to Lena. "Of course, need any help getting her back?" Jack offers, but Kara quickly shakes her head. "I got her." She picks Lena up, holding her bridal style. Lena mumbles incoherently as they walk back.

"You're really strong." She slurs, as Kara sets her down on the bed. "I try my best." Kara shrugs. "I love you Kara." Lena says, getting under the sheets. Kara's heart nearly melts, finding drunk Lena very adorable. "I love you too Lee." She says, figuring Lena meant as friends, because there's no possible way she means it literally. "No, I really love you Kara. So much" Lena admits. "Nobody's around right now Lena, you don't have to lie-" Kara gets cut off by Lena giving her a kiss. "I know I don't have to lie, that's why I told you." She says, bringing the girl closer. 

Let's just say... having only one bed was no longer an issue.
