Kara jumps lightly in place as she waits for Lena to arrive at the door, having used some of her super speed to get there quicker. The blonde had finally managed to convince her to take a trip to the children's museum together.

Lena was completely and utterly confused as to why her friend would want to go to the children's museum, without a child no less, but agreed to go regardless. That damn pout could convince her to do anything.

Once the ravenette had finally made it to the front door, Kara stops her excited jumping. "Are you ready to go in?" She asks.

The youngest Luthor chuckles lightly. "Yeah, we can go in now." She tells her friend, who promptly swings open the door to reveal a big open room with a bunch of tables set up, children sitting in the seats. They manage to catch an employee explaining what would be happening to the kids.

"This week at the children's museum, we will be having dinosaur week! We have a bunch of activities for you all to do, as well as some real dinosaur bones in the other room!' The employee enthuses.

Kara gets a big grin on her face as she turns toward Lena, who doesn't look nearly as excited as the blonde. "I've always loved dinosaurs, so I figured we could look at the fossils together." The hero explains as they walk toward the other room where all the fossils were being kept.

Lena's hold on the woman's hand tightens a bit as they walk in, the bones of the giant creatures looming over them, but Kara doesn't notice the tighter grip, she's too busy looking around in amazement.

Kara gasps when she sees one dinosaur in specific "Lena, It's a Mosasaurus!" She points to the giant bone creature being held up in the air by some cables.

Lena isn't sure how she hadn't noticed it before. The blonde attempts to tug Lena closer to it, but she's frozen in place.

"Lena?" She asks gently after noticing the fear in her eyes. "Are you ok?"

The CEO doesn't even hear her for a moment, eventually turning towards her friend after she taps on her hand. "What?"

Kara brings Lena closer to herself, her arms wrapping around her on instinct in an attempt to make her feel better and safer. "Are you alright?" She asks softly.

"I... I don't know." She answers honestly, unsure why she is having such a strong reaction to a bunch of bones. "We can keep looking around." It's not like they were going to come eat her...right?

The hero's eyebrows narrow at her response. "We don't have to," Kara says with a shake of her head. "We could just go color pictures if you want." She attempts to make her laugh, knowing they have all the children's activities set up at the tables in case her friend actually wants to.

Psi rolls her eyes as she watches the oblivious pair from the sidelines. She decides to just give up, knowing they were never going to admit their feelings for each other. She was going to have to do something about it herself.

Supergirl sighs as she notices someone causing trouble on the city cameras. She had been working on one of her new article assignments at the tower when she noticed a familiar figure robbing a bank. She saves her progress before closing her laptop and flying off.

"Supergirl!" Psi greets. "It's about time you finally show up. We've been waiting for you." The woman gestures to everyone she had been keeping hostage. What's odd, is that they're all holding their phones, recording her.

Kara places her hands on her hips. "Let these people go, Psi." She tells the villain.

The other blonde laughs. "Oh, they all came here on their own. They're free to go whenever they want. I don't think they'll want to though, they know the show that's about to happen." She says, full of confidence.

The crowd of people makes no move to run away, just as Psi had predicted.

"The show?" The hero questions just before everyone holds up their phones, seemingly recording their interactions.

Psi smirks a bit. "The show." She confirms with a nod, forcing Kara's mind to see her worst nightmare.

Kara walks into her now-shared apartment with Lena, only to find it completely void of her roommate. "Lena?" She calls out, receiving no response.

She wanders around the apartment, looking for the woman. "Lena?"

The blonde finds her way back to the bedroom. Kara slowly walks in before freezing, her best friend is laying on the bed bleeding.

Once the villain sees the slightly glazed look in the fellow blonde's eyes start to go away, she speaks again, "Tell us about your worst fear, Supergirl."

Kara shakes her head as she comes out of the vision, a look of fear in her eyes. "Where's Lena?" She questions Psi with a growl, her mind still telling her the woman is hurt.

"Ooo, touchy subject?" She asks the hero with a sly grin.

The Kryptonian fists Psi's shirt, raising her from the floor. "Where. Is. Lena?" She emphasizes each word.

The other blonde actually looks a little surprised when she is lifted up off the ground. "Why do you need to know?" Psi continues to attempt to get the hero to confess her feelings, knowing that the civilians in the building are all live-streaming as she told them to.

"Tell me where-" The hero's yelling gets cut off by Lena entering the bank.

"Kara, what're you doing?" The younger woman questions.

Kara's eyes widen, racing over to Lena and pulling her into a hug. "I thought I lost you." She states, her face tucking into the crook of her neck.

Lena's arms wrap around Kara as well. "I'm ok." She vows to her friend. "I promise."

"I... I saw you on the bed, bleeding, I thought you were dead." The blonde explains.

The CEO shushes her, continuing to just hold her friend. "I'm fine. I'm right here." She wants to say more to console the woman but knows she can't without revealing her identity to everyone.

Kara squeezes her a bit,  being careful not to squeeze too tight and risk hurting her. "I can't lose you, Lena..."

Said raven-haired woman cringes a bit, knowing she was revealing just how close Lena is to Supergirl. "You won't lose me." She whispers, hoping nobody else would hear her consoling the hero.

The blonde suddenly pulls away, turning toward the crowd of phones. "I refuse to tolerate anyone hurting Lena Luthor. Anybody who wants to try will need to go through me first." She growls.

Lena just stands and watches, knowing she can't do anything to stop Kara at this moment.

Kara doesn't think about the consequences of her words before she speaks again, "I will do anything to protect the people I love, and that includes Lena."
