Scrunching her nose up in a scowl, the young woman rolled her eyes. "Whatever. You cheated in a way, since you knew that you were ridiculously good at this."
"It's a trick. Smart enough to make you fall for it. I'll give you your penalty later. I need some time to think of a good one."he flashed her his signature boxy smile and turned away.
A few minutes later, they were all making their way through some jewelry shop. Jhope paid his package and exited the store with a bow, his arm around Mirae's shoulder.
He kissed her temple and handed her the package, earning a bright smile from the young woman who had chosen the bracelet with him.
Yuri shot the display an inquiring look, and her eyes watched as Mirae slipped the bracelet around her wrist and she tilted her head seeing how beautifully it fit.
The women from the store walked up to the young woman. "Is there any advice we can help you with? Something you're interested in?"
Surprised, she pointed at herself, as though asking if they were indeed addressing her. Once she realized, she quickly shook her head. "Ah, no no, I'm not buying anything."
The women's looks turned into disappointed and almost judging ones, their eyes staring her up and down as they stepped back.
Sharing a look of disappointment at her outfit consisting of the pants and oversized hoodie, their interest in the non customer quickly faded, wishing she would leave instead of disturbing the classy look of the shop.
Yuri stared at one necklace in particular, as it had a familiar ring to it that she couldn't exactly pinpoint. She liked it. The chain was rather long, carrying a small hourglass surrounded with tiny green stones.
One of the woman sighed in annoyance, guessing she could not afford it and stepped forward.
"Miss, this-" Yuri cut her off by holding her hand up as her phone buzzed in her pocket. She stared at the call she was receiving.
Quickly swiping on the screen, she picked up. "Uh Jungkookah".
"Where are you? You stayed behind?"
"No you're the one who left me here."she frowned looking around but spotted no sign of the young man.
"I'm standing right inside the jewelry shop getting judged by a bunch of employees here."
Jungkook frowned and bit back a laugh when he heard her say "Yeah I'm talking about you, woman. Thought I wouldn't notice?"she scoffed and Jungkook quickly made his way back to the shop. "Ya, try not to start a fight there Yuria"
