Yuri groaned at the paper stuck beneath the cupboard and had to kneel down on the floor stretching her arm as far as possible in order to reach for it.
Once she held it in her hand, she put it back where it belonged, being done for the day. It was almost four o'clock in the afternoon and she had time to kill. Making her way out, nervousness invaded her mind at the reminder of this morning when she woke up to an empty bed. Jungkook had quietly slipped out, leaving nothing but his familiar odor floating in the room.
Things were back to being awkward then? After that kiss and all the things he said last night, that look he gave her... it still gave her goosebumps and made her cheeks heat up. Why were things so complicated. After last night, things seemed so twisted and yet so simple. For her, it was Jungkook, as long as she had him there it was fine.
The boys were currently getting ready for their second in a row concert. They were tired but happy as they stood at the peak of their dream: performing for their fans.
During their break, Mirae entered the stadium, and discreetly walked up to the stage, watching as the love of her life sang with all his heart, that excited smile on his face which grew even bigger when he saw her. He kept singing, eyes set on no one else but her, as she vibed to the song and cheered him on with small claps.
As soon as the song was over, he hopped off the stage to take her in his arms, spinning her around with a joyful giggle. "Aaah Mirae-ssi, I can't believe you're back!!!"
"Well I wasn't going to miss your practice and concert!"she rolled her eyes playfully, both pulling away and looking at each other fondly.
"But I thought your business trip was four days long?"
Shrugging with a mischievous look, Mirae slid her hand in his. "Well... maybe someone was very eager to see her boyfriend and decided to shorten the trip by gathering all the conferences in two days?"
Shaking his head with a smile Jhope scoffed and brought her to him once more. "Ah, jjinja, you are a smart one... and you're all mine."he whispered bringing his forehead to his while they grinned at each other. Dropping a kiss on his lips, Mirae quickly added with a knowing look "I'll see you after practice?"
"Mmh.."he pretended to hesitate and yelped when she pinched his side with a playful glare.
"Oh, you might regret that sweetheart."Jhope slid a teasing hand beneath her shirt.
"Make me."she defied teasingly while he rose an eyebrow playing along. "Okay I'll definitely see you after practice."
Grinning widely, Mirae pecked his lips once more and swatted his hand away with a wink. "Well, let's keep the fun for later, practice hard, darling."
