Jungkook exited his bedroom and slid the towel around his shoulders, making his way back to Yuri's room, humming to himself. Once he reached the door, he knocked, but got no response.
"Yuria? You in there?"he called out and frowned at the silence before carefully opening the door and stepping in with a wary eye.
"Hellooo?"he singsonged, pulling out his phone before remembering that she had gone to get some food. He started drying his hair and was pacing around the room when his foot accidentally kicked into a random object and he froze, looking down.
Squinting his eyes, he caught sight of a leather brown notebook he'd never seen before. Bending over, he picked it up staring at the cover for a moment and casually opening it. The first pages were filled with scribbles and sharp notes, a few names dropped here and there.
He spotted the following ones: Yoongi, Jeha, Juwon and Mannequin guy with notes underneath. Frowning as it piqued his curiosity and interest, Jungkook tried to decipher the meaning of the strange words both in Korean and in English. His inner angel suddenly reminded him that his curiosity should not be satisfied that way. She trusted him and would certainly not appreciate him going through her stuff. It was just wrong.
As he flipped the pages to close it, his finger interrupted the process, pressing itself on a particular page that had his name in capitals. Glancing upwards he swallowed, aware of his heart beating faster. No this was wrong. Close the book. He did and breathed out, convinced he had made the right choice.
However the temptation grew and he tinily scrunched it open, peeking at the page with his name on it. He couldn't hold back the smile breaking on his face at the sight of the words written underneath.

He shook his head, before opening wide eyes at the small word added in front of the two other. 'My'. He was HER important person? The way his stomach flipped and his heart fluttered made him wince as he knew he should remain extra careful with the way she said things. They could be misleading. He still couldn't help smiling like an idiot at the three words before realizing his reaction and freezing on the spot.
Okay something was really wrong with him.
"Do you like me in that way?"
The question meant to provoke him had triggered no specific response as he'd never really wondered about it. Yuri had barged into his life so suddenly and immediately held a special place that it never really occurred to him of what he felt about her.
