"There you get a +4!" Yuri exclaimed, smashing the car down on top of the others with a victorious grin at the young man who scowled, setting down his cards to pick up the extra penalty ones.
"Yeah yeah whatever."
"Um how many does that make,... 8- no 12?!"she faked intensive thinking rubbing her chin with a mischievous smirk. Leaning closer to him she teased. "Need some help ? Or perhaps you wanna quit the game?"
Narrowing his eyes at her, Jungkook shook his head. "Don't speak too fast. You won't like what's coming."
"Oh yeah?"she quirked an eyebrow. "You really think you can beat me at this? I told you I'm an ace at UNO."
"We'll see."he replied staring down at his cards and hiding a smirk at the series of penalty +cards he now held.
Both of them were sitting, indian style on the floor in Yuri's room, surrounded by a bunch of pillows, deeply focused on the pile of cards displayed in between them.
As the game went on, Yuri glanced at her companion masking a yawn with his bawled fist against his nose -a habit she noticed Jungkook had whenever he actually yawned, strange but cute. Glancing back down at her cards, the young woman cleared her throat. "Okay how about we say this is the last game and then we're going to bed? You need to sleep and so do I."
A groan escaped his mouth as he checked the time on his phone. "Wait, it's barely eleven, and we already did that last time. One game and we were done."
"We've played five games so far tonight."she replied unfazed.
"Yeah yeah, okay."he dismissed, putting down a +4 card with a smirk and she quickly tackled a +2 only for him to fire back with another +4 and this time she opened her mouth to protest. "Hey! Not fair!"
"It's the game"he shrugged cheekily while she simply glared. "Whatever. Fine we can play longer, I want to get my revenge."
About an hour later, the cards had been discarded and their backs were leaning against the bed, both still sat ones the floor as they chatted quietly.
"So what song are you working on these days? Anything big coming? I don't know how all this works."she waved her hands and turned to him to listen.
"Well, basically we're starting the tour next week. We're starting in Seoul and we're then traveling to many places, like Jimin told you. We've been working really hard for this so it's pretty exciting. Plus we have many songs we're going to sing for ARMY, and I hope they enjoy our performance."
