In less than 24 hours, I would be getting married to the man of my dreams. We were currently at the venue making sure everything was in place for tomorrow. Draco went off with one of the people setting up the reception room. I walked out onto the balcony and looked out at the scene before me. I was standing on a balcony that overlooked the city with the Eiffel Tower off to the right. I smiled at the sight of the tower as I remembered our first and last date.

I felt a hand snake around my waist before resting on my hip. I leaned into the arm with a smile. A kiss was planted on my head before I was pulled into a warm body. A light breath brushed past my ear. I tilted my head back and landed a small kiss on his jaw line.

He looked down and smiled, causing his blue-grey eyes to light up. I smiled back before looking back out at the scene.

"Are you ready to become a Malfoy?" He asked, a hint of a smile in his voice.

"Absolutely." I nodded against his shoulder. He smiled at  my answer before his face turned serious.

"Can I ask you something?" He asked.

"You don't need to ask Draco. Just say it." I told him before nodding for him to proceed.

"We haven't talked about this yet but I didn't think that it was important until now. Do you want any kids?"

I turned to look at him to find his eyes full of sincerity. I opened my mouth to answer but closed it again when I thought over his question a little more.

Do I want kids? If I did, would I be a good enough mother for them? I looked away from the blonde and out at the Eiffel Tower.

"I don't mean so soon if you don't want to, but anytime in our life, would you want to have kids?" Draco spoke, restating his question a little bit.

I looked back at him to see his eyes calm and patiently waiting for an answer.

"I don't know." I answered honestly. "I've always loved the thought of having kids but-"

"But what?" He asked when I stopped talking.

"I'm afraid that I won't be the mother I always dreamed of being."

"Hermione," Draco sighed. "You are a wonderful and caring person. Any child you give birth to or adopt, whatever is more comfortable for you, would be the luckiest child in the world. Their mother is a strong, smart, beautiful, independent woman. I know that whatever your choice may be, you will be changing our lives and the life of the child."

I smiled a small smile before pulling him into a hug. "Thank you." I whispered.

He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me close before pulling away again with a smile.

"Mr. Malfoy, you have a visitor." One of the decorators informed us from the door.

He nodded before taking my hand before leading me inside. We made our way through the building and downstairs to the entryway to find a woman with dark brown hair. She was wearing a dark green dress that went down to her knees, a layer of lace covering the silk. She was wearing black flats and had beautiful dark brown eyes. She was talking to a man to her left with a slightly irritated look on her face.

"May I help you." Draco asked, making our presence known to the visitors. The two turned to look at us.

The girl smiled brightly before speaking. "Is that how we are greeting old friends these days Draco? I should get out of the house more if that's the case." Her voice was soft but allowed others to know that she wasn't going to put up with anyone's bullcrap.
