Knowing what the missing piece was and not telling Draco the full truth made me feel bad. He has helped me through so much yet I couldn't tell hiim what the missing piece was.

It shouldn't be hard to say what it was when it isn't hard to explain. I could make it extremely simple and tell him with one word, or I could make it difficult and try to tell him in a roundabout way to make him guess what I am trying to say.

I stepped out of the hug and turned towards the door. "I need to talk to Aviana about something."

"Ok, and remember, I am always here. There is nothing you can do or say that is going to scare me off." He said.

I just smiled. "Oh I bet I could come up with something."

"I'd like to see you try." He smirked cockily.

I just rolled my eyes before leaving the library and making my way to Aviana's room.

When I reached her door, I knocked and heard a faint 'come in'. I opened the door and entered to find the blonde teen sitting on her bed with a notebook in front of her.

"Hey Hermione. Are you ok?" She greeted before patting the bed for me to come sit with her.

"Yeah, I'm ok, just had a thought and had to get away for a few minutes." I nodded.

"I know what you mean. Do you mind telling me what this thought was?"

"Well, I was thinking about Draco and I mainly."

"You like him don't you." She stated.

"Is it that obvious?" I asked.

"No but it is with my brother. I can tell he likes you a lot. If he didn't show those signs, then I wouldn;t have been able to tell you liked him. All of those letters he sent me, he would say something about this muggleborn in Gryffindor and how smart and pretty she is. He even said that he wished he could apologize for calling you a mudblood when you were younger but he didn't want to get caught by the other Slytherins. He thought about writing her letters to tell her how sorry he was but he never had the guts to do it. He never mentioned a name or anything but he did say that she had brown curly hair, brown eyes, fair skin, and a personality unlike anyone he has ever met. I didn't have a clue who this girl was until I came back home a few weeks ago. That girl was you." Aviana explained.

I just stared at her in shock. "He talked about me?"

"Yes. All the time. It got to the point where it was a little annoying but I could practically hear the excitement in his voice when he would talk about you through letters. I loved to know that he was that happy so I never said anything. But when I met you in real life, I couldn't blame him for liking you. You were everything he said you were." She continued. "You make him happier than his friends or family ever did."

"So if I were to say that I liked him, he would go ballistic because he likes me too."

"I would be surprised if he didn't go insane with joy." She stated which caused us both to bust into laughter.

"Thanks Aviana." I smiled.

"Why are you thanking me? I should be thanking you for bringing some color to my big brother's life. Between you and I, he needed it."

I just started laughing again. "You aren't wrong there."

"Of course not. I'm a Malfoy after all." She stated as she sat up taller and acted more sassy.

She burst out laughing after holding that pose for a minute. "I honestly don't see how mother can sit like that all the time."

"I don't either." I shook my head before glancing over at the window.
