We sat in silent shock as the news of Hermione being Neville's twin sunk in.
"When you ladies are ready, There is a change of clothes in the bathroom for Ms. Longbottom to change into when you are ready to sign her out." The healer said before leaving us alone.
I looked at Hermione and let out a chuckle that grabbed her attention. "At least you aren't related to the Malfoy's."
"What's so bad about that?" Aviana asked.
"There's nothing wrong with it, it's just that Draco has a huge crush on Hermione and it would be quite awkward if she turned out to be his sister." I explained with a smile.
This caused Hermione and Aviana to laugh. "Yeah that would be a bit awkward." Aviana said.
"So, are you two ready to get out of here?" Hermione asked with a smile.
"Yeah, I can't wait to be able to visit you at an actual house and not a hospital." I said.
"Tell me about it." Hermione laughed as she climbed out of bed and went to the bathroom to change.
"So, who is going to sign her out?" Aviana asked.
"Can't one of us do it?" I asked.
"We could if we were her parents or relative, but seeing as neither one of us are, it would be inappropriate." The blonde explained.
"Then we need Neville to come up and sign her out." I said.
"Yeah, but do we actually want him to know that she is still alive or not?"
"Good point." I nodded and thought about it for a minute. "We could have Narcissa come and do it."
"I don't think she can." Aviana shook her head.
"Why not?" I asked. "Hermione is at the age where she can legally approve of someone she trusts to sign her out. And besides, Your mother is probably one of the richest women in the whole wizarding world. She could figure something out."
Aviana thought about this for a minute before shrugging. "You have a point there."
I smiled a bit as we waited for Hermione to come out of the bathroom. When she did, she was wearing a pair of grey sweats, a black t-shirt, and a red plaid button up.
She sighed and smiled as she laid the hospital gown on the bed. "That is much better."
Aviana and I laughed as she said this. "So, are you guys ready to go?" Hermione asked.
"Yeah, but who is going to sign you out?" Aviana asked.
"I was going to ask Ginny to, why?" Hermione asked.
"Because the healer said that it needed to be an adult to sign you out." I responded.
Hermione sighed and rolled her eyes. "Since when did they get so strict?"
I just shrugged and looked at Aviana. "We were thinking that, if you wanted to, Narcissa could sign you out." I said.
"Ok, I would like that." Hermione smiled.
Aviana nodded before pulling out her wand and casting a patronus. The form of a dove flew around the room a moment before settling in front of its caster.
"Hey, can you come down to St. Mungos for a moment? Yeah, I am ok, but me and Ginny need you to do something for us. Please and thank you." She said. The patronus soared around the room once more before disappearing into thin air.
"I like your patronus." I smiled at the blonde.
"Thank you." She replied. "What is your patronus?"
