Ben glared at the place Apex had vanished and he stared back over at Yasmina who looked up at him. Ben then extended his hand down offering to help her get up and she reluctantly grabbed it and he lifted her up to her feet. "Thanks." Yasmina said to Ben.
"Your welcome." Ben said harshly and he deactivated his weapons and turned to face Kenji and Sammy. "I'm not expecting to be forgiven, I just ask that we be friends again." Ben said and Yasmina then said.
"Ben take off your helmet." Ben did as she told and her fist collided with his face. Ben fell onto his back in pain.
"Okay. I deserved that." Ben wheezed in pain and he got up rubbing his jaw.
"Yeah you did." Yasmina said to Ben as she helped him stand and he grabbed his helmet. Kenji basically jumped him just to ruffle his hair with his hand while Sammy just silently hugged him. "Also you should go speak with Brooklynn." Yasmina said and Ben nodded silently putting on his helmet and he went to Brooklynn's room.
"Brooklynn? Can I come in?" Ben asked knocking however the door opened slowly and Ben looked inside to see that Brooklynn had vanished. "Brooklynn?" Ben asked again looking around his eyes scanning the room for any sign of her. However he couldn't see anything however he then set the visor's setting to thermal and Brooklynn was highlighted hiding in the closet.
Ben opened the door to the closet and grabbed a hold of something and yanked it out. "Let go of me Sammy!" A voice screamed at him and Ben held Brooklynn tightly.
"Do I look like Sammy to you?" Ben asked taking off his helmet and Brooklynn looked up at him in shock.
"Ben." Brooklynn muttered softly and she hugged him tightly. Ben didn't say anything in reply but hugged Brooklynn back.
Meanwhile a cryo pod's lid hissed as it opened and steam filled the room as someone climbed out of the sleeping pod.
