When Ben returned from his walk he looked at his friends who all had injuries on them. "What happened here?" Ben asked and Darius looked at him.
"Brooklynn said she needed some air and wanted to go outside but we tried to stop her from leaving, we did but she did a number on us." Darius explained and Ben looked at Kenji who had an ice pack pressed against his head.
Yasmina yelped in pain as Sammy was cleaning her injuries. "Why is Sammy not hurt?" Ben asked and Sammy answered with.
"That's because I stayed out of the way of her mood swing." Ben then sighed and walked over to Brooklynn's room and knocked on the door.
"Brooklynn can I come in?" Ben asked but didn't get a response. Ben then barged open the door and was met by getting a book thrown at him.
"Did anyone tell you to knock?!" Brooklynn asked angrily whilst sitting in her bed arms crossed. Ben looked at her in relief.
"Sorry I just thought you were in danger." Ben said and Brooklynn huffed in annoyance blowing a strand of her brown hair from her face.
"Well I'm not as fragile as glass you know, I can still defend myself." Brooklynn growled however Ben crossed his arms.
"Not while your pregnant your not." Ben pointed out and Brooklynn glared at him with pure hate. "You don't scare me Brooke." Ben said and Brooklynn groaned in defeat and leaned back into her pillows.
"This is going to be a long eight months." Brooklynn grumbled in annoyance as Ben then left and shut the door softly but gave Brooklynn her book back.
Ben however was then pounced on by a mechanical object and he looked at the mechanical dog robots Mantah Corp made and he kicked it off.
Ben activated his sting blades and swung them at the canine like robot however it dodged and fired two stun blasts at striker eureka.
Ben blocked the stun blasts with his arms and that's when the mechanical canine like machine leaped at him but he bisected it vertically with his sting blades.
Ben glanced at the two halves of the robot and he then looked up as more were charging at him. "Get down!" Darius exclaimed and Ben flopped onto the ground just as Marauder oblivion used it's soundwave generators to send the robot canines flying backwards.
"Thanks, I owe you one." Ben said as Darius pulled him to his feet.
"I think you owe me more then just one now." Darius said jokingly however that's when Yasmina ran up.
"We've got to go chase those things down and finish them off." Yasmina said in the saber Athena Jaeger suit Darius and Ben then nodded and ran off to chase the robots while Derek slipped into Brooklynn's room.
"Hello Brook." Derek said pulling out a knife and Brooklynn jumped to her feet and backed away. "Shame it has to go like this, however neither your father or friends are here to save you this time." Derek said.
"That's were your wrong!" A voice shouted and Derek turned around to be met by the metallic fist of Coyote Tango.
"Dad!" Brooklynn exclaimed and Jake looked at her.
"Hey kiddo." Jake said as he walked up to her however Derek then stood up and thrusted his knife forward however the blade broke on Coyote Tango's shoulder pad.
Jake then turned around and looked at him and just punched him hard in the jaw knocking Derek to the ground. "Touch my daughter again and I'll make sure you'll never hurt anyone again." Jake growled as he lifted Derek to eye level. "Got it?!" Jake asked angrily and Derek just nodded.
Jake then threw him aside knocking Derek out on impact with the nearest wall. "How did you find us?" Brooklynn asked and Jake just replied with.
"Just used the trackers on Striker eureka and Saber Athena." Jake then activated his plasma casters and walked out of the door blasting mechanical canines as he did so.
Brooklynn then ran outside as Titan redeemer's mourning star hit a mechanical raptor hard shattering it into pieces. Cobal tenegrade then ripped a mechanical canine in half.
A pelican drop ship landed nearby and Jake motioned for the campers to get inside with Jake, Sketchy in Cobal tenegrade, and Joshua in Titan redeemer providing cover fire.
Rex and Hevy soon joined in on firing at the Mantah Corp drones as Sketchy climbed inside of the transport. "Hawk get this bird in the air!" Jake shouted to a clone trooper pilot with blue markings and a red hawk on both sides of his helmet nodded and the ramp closed.
The pelican then took off into the sky and flew away. Hevy sat with his Z6 rotary cannon at his feet and he looked at Rex who was sitting across from him. "So what now?" Hevy asked and Rex looked at him.
"What do you mean?" Rex asked confused and Hevy sighed.
"Do we wake up the rest of the boys or do we just fight with what we have?" Hevy asked and Rex looked at Jake for answers.
"Not yet Hevy, besides we have bigger things to worry about then Mantah Corp." Jake said and Hevy just nodded silently as the pelican flew back to Kenji's penthouse.
