Ben woke up in the same room that he saw Brooklynn in but the body was gone and the walls had been cleaned. Ben heard chains rattling and he looked up to see that Brooklynn was pulling on her chains and he got to his feet shakily. "Hey Brook." Ben said walking up to her but she swung her claws at him and made a snarl that fused the growls of a Tyrannosaurus, Suchomimus, and Carchodontosaurus.
Ben just walked up to her and he grabbed the chain connected to her right wrist shackle however Brooklynn slashed at his arm and Ben pulled his hand back and walked away.
Ben then sat down with his arms resting on his knees as he looked at Brooklynn who was muttering something to herself. "Must escape... Need freedom... want to live own way." Brooklynn said to herself and Ben realized that Brooklynn's vocabulary was damaged.
"You can try tugging on those chains as much as you want hybrid, their not breaking any time soon." The scientist said over the speakers. "Now Striker Eureka activate you sting blades and slash her on the face to give her a reminder about her stupidity." The scientist said to Ben and he stood up.
"I'm sorry Brooklynn." Ben said as he activated his sting blades and he walked up to Brooklynn who turned to face him. Ben then swung his sting blades at Brooklynn and he closed his eyes, however Brooklynn didn't scream or roar in pain and Ben opened his eyes to see that his arm stopped before even the tip of the blade could touch Brooklynn.
She stared down at the sting blade and then at Ben who she could tell was conflicted. Brooklynn then walked up close to the blade so the tip was touching the middle of her chest between her lungs. "Just do it." Brooklynn said but Ben pulled his arm back.
"I can't. Brooklynn I just can't." Ben said as he deactivated his sting blades however that's when Brooklynn screamed in pain as her shock collar started to electrocute her.
"Go on Striker finish her." The scientist said and Ben looked at Brooklynn who was laying on the ground still getting shocked.
Ben then crouched down and grabbed the shock collar. Like metal to a magnet the electricity started to shock Ben as well however he then broke the shock collar in two pieces. "T-thank y-you." Brooklynn said weakly and Ben then hugged her close but then he got an idea.
He created a encrypted audio message and sent it to Jake hopping that he would get the message. Jake meanwhile was walking through a snow storm in the Tacid Iacon Jaeger suit and that is when he got the encrypted audio message which he played.
"Jake I'm not sure if you'll get this but, we've been captured by Mantah Corp. And Brooklynn's DNA is corrupted, use these coordinates to find us and please hurry." Ben's voice played over the audio receptors of the Jaeger suit. Jake then contacted the others.
"Everyone converge on the coordinates I've just sent." Jake said over the comms channel and he then began to push the Jaeger suit into over time as he sprinted across the ice and snow to the coordinates. "I'm coming, just hold on a bit longer." Jake said as he continued to run on the ice and snow.
