It's Andrea's Birthday guys. I'm not sure of the month anymore. But remeber that it was the day when her mother died? :) Will it be happier this time? Let's see...

"Leah, Cancell all my meetings for today. I have an important thing to do."

Saad ni Paul sa kanyang secretary.

"Sir. Today is your meeting with Mr. Chen of Shin Corp." Sagot naman ng dalaga.

"Reschedule that."

"And also, Mr. Jeff have been waiting for how many weeks sir. Don't you think we shold alocate some time for him too? He is always waiting at the lobby for you."

Si Jeff, ang kanyang assistant dati na sobrang gahaman sa pera. He fired him the day he found out that he was the person behind the leak of Don Alfonzo's project. He hired him before so he could watch Montemayor's activities but not to steal something that may cause him trouble. Besides, he doesn't want to win by cheating. He wants to gain everything by his own effort.

"Tell him to leave." Mariin nitong sagot.

"But sir, halos araw-araw po siyang nasa labas. Maybe he wants to talk to you about-"

"LEAH!" Putol nito sa maari pang sabihin ng babae.

"Yes sir, I will."

He has a lot in mind right now. Marami siyang kaylangang gawin and he doesn't want anything bad to ruin his mood.

"Hello Dad?" Hindi pa masyadong nakamulat ang mga mata ni Andrea but she could see who's calling.

"Andrea Hija, Happy Birth day! When are you going to visit us again? Your Tita Tes will be here on a vacation for two weeks."

Her dad sounds okay now. But how come he's not yet back to his office?

"Dad, Thank you. But I doubt you already forgot, I don't celebrate birthdays." Sagot nito sa kanyang telepono na parang naiirita pa.

"Yeah, I know Hija. Take care my baby. I know your husband already prepared something for you, so I won't bother anymore. haha!"

Oh yeah, her father is so happy now. It's unfair that she's not. But, that's what her father deserves. He needs to be happy. Maybe it will not be that simple for him to accept when they will need to seperate with Paul. But that's what they've planned for at handa na siya sa kahit ano mang pwedeng mangyari.

She decided to get-up and went to her bathroom for a shower. After fixing her self in front of her mirror, she stood there for a while examining her reflection. She has grown too fast, she realized she's not getting any younger anymore. She's already 28 today. But for her, she has nothing to celebrate.

It's 1PM in the afternoon when she decided to go out. Masakit pa ang tama ng sikat ng araw sa kanyang mga balat. She's wearing an eyeglass to protect her eyes from the sunlight. She's holding a bouquet of flowers that she bought on the flowershop awhile ago..

When she reached her mother's tomb, she sat on the grass in front of it and she put the flower over the tomb noticing that she wasn't the first to visit her mom today. There is a fresh white rose on it. Well, maybe her father went there about an hour ago when he called her.

"Mom, I'm fine if that's what you wanna ask me. I will be fine soon.. And, thank you, cause I know you want to greet me a happy birth day. Oh, wait. Let's take a selfie."
