He's seated at the most edge of the table facing the white board that happens to be where I stood for my presentation. I got the remote on my hands facing the least person I wanted to see as I reach this place days ago. I felt my legs shaking literally and my sweats all over my body inside this full air conditioned board room.

"Shall we start?" He broke the silence and my tense increased that I'm sure everyone is now aware of including my subordinates.

What is wrong with me? I mean, I got this job for kicking ass! I can't lose control. Not in front of my subordinates and most importantly not in front of the person whom I lost years ago. I need to make him see how I changed.

"Uhmmm" I cleared my throat and started the slides.

I kept my self calm and took a deep breath before facing his gazed while still seated like he's not gonna give a damn thing about what I am saying here in front of him.

What am I even expecting? He pretended not to know me so neither do I.

Finally, I am done with the scope and timeline of the project. I took a seat in front facing the presentation as Ana, our designer begun to introduce our concept.

Family...

Is the tittle of our concept. Such a perfect timing as I saw him smirk on my peripheral vision.

"When couples get marry and stay with us, they need to feel the need of coming back to our hotel with their future kids." Ana is all smile and I can't find a word to say as it was my own concept. Who could've guest that he's gonna be the person I'll be presenting this!!

Ana went on discussing that the concept includes finding a perfect couple here and doing interviews how they felt and also getting testimonies from families who are currently staying at the hotel.

And the last one, I wish I never have included it on our concept.

"And lastly, It will be a big impact on the hotel if the president would share his thoughts regarding his idea of having his own family."

I'm doomed...

I saw him raised his brow and it alarmed me.

"I like every details you first said. But that last idea you have, is a TRASH!"

His voice wasn't too loud. But I felt like it echoed throughout my wholeness. This is Insane! I saw Ana was startled together with Jeff and Lyra. The manager of the hotel and his secretary was quiet like they've known him like that.
"Revise your Trash concept and I'll think about reconsidering it." He stood-up and it made me closed my fist. I cannot contain myself hearing my concept as a Trash.

"Mr. Trinidad" He stop walking towards the door as he heard me speak and called his last name. I'm so done frightening myself in front of him.

"When you say trash, can you be more specific?" I remain seated.

He turned to face me and stared at me speechless.

"I just don't like it. What's not specific with that?"

Cold bastard!

"Which part? The family thing?" His eyes turned red and believe me. I was about to slap myself for saying that.
