THE FIVE PEVENSIE siblings, all dressed in their new attire, with weapons in hand and an intimidating stance, ran through the heavy ground of sand to stop two soldiers in a boat from dropping a poor tied dwarf into the water.

Susan aimed an arrow at the boat and the soldiers turned over her direction with wide eyes, while Susan prepared the next arrow on her bow as her siblings joined her.

"Drop him!"

The poor choice of Susan's words made the two soldiers drop the tied dwarf into the ocean, leaving Peter and Edmund to rush over to the water to rescue him.

The two soldiers over the boat got their own weapons ready, but Diana didn't leave them no choice, since she raised her palms on the air and thought of the enchantments in her book.

"Duratus!" she yelled and extended her palm at both of them.

The golden mist appeared on her fingers and it froze one soldiers in their place, dropping to the water as he lost their balance and the other fell backwards from the arrow of Susan's quiver. Edmund wasted no time in swimming over to the abandoned boat and pulling it towards the shore while Peter dragged the dwarf from his demise.

Peter carefully placed the dwarf in the sand and Lucy used her knife to cut the ropes on his hands, watching the way the dwarf coughed as he removed the gag from his mouth and stood up.

"'Drop him'!" the dwarf yelled. "That's the best you can come up with?"

"A simple 'thank you' would suffice," Susan replied with the same tone.

"They were doing fine drowning me without your help," the dwarf pointed over to the water.

"Maybe we should have let them," Peter spoke up.

"Why were they trying to kill you, anyway?" Lucy questioned as she looked down at the much smaller man beside her.

"They're Telmarines. That's what they do," the dwarf responded.

"Telmarines? In Narnia?" Edmund quizzed with a frown.

"Where have you been for the last few hundred years?"

"You don't even want to know," Diana crossed her arms across her chest.

The dwarf looked back towards the five and the expression on his eyes changed, getting a better look at the three women and two men standing in front of him. He recognized the glowing sword on Peter's hand, and the magic coming from Diana had caught his eye, no one had ever held that power in the last hundred years.
