THE CASTLE OF THE OPPOSING kingdom stood unaware against the warm and quiet night, though it would all change when the plan fell into action. Edmund was in the skies with a griffin, entering the castle by the air, and the rest of the army was waiting for his signal.

When the faint glint of the white light appeared in the sky from the side of the castle, the griffins carrying Diana, Susan, Peter, Caspian and Trumpkin fluttered their wings to increase speed in order to get closer to the castle.

As the griffins closed in, dodging the enormous castle towers, Susan was able to shoot down a guard that was getting ready to aim at Edmund, though Peter had to jump off the claws of the griffin to knock the other to the ground. Diana, Caspian and Trumpkin landed right behind them, all of their weapons in hand.

They tightened a rope on the side of the tower to lower themselves down to a window, where supposedly stood the chambers of Caspian's professor. Diana and Susan helped each other down the tower and into the window, careful in not slipping over the side with Trumpkin behind them.

Diana entered the room and made sure her feet were quiet enough to not make any sound, since the room was pitch black and the only source of light in the room was the moonlight.

Caspian, who was holding onto a pair of glasses, looked up to face the group, "I have to find him."

"You don't have time," Peter whispered back. "You need to get the gate open."

"You wouldn't be here without him. And neither would I."

Peter looked back to face Diana and Susan.

"The three of us can deal with Miraz," Susan assured him.

"And I can still get to the gate in time," Caspian added.

"Are you sure you don't need someone to back you up?" Diana questioned.

Caspian turned over at the sound of her voice and he looked rather nervous, even awkward to even respond back. "No worry, I can deal with it."

Caspian whirled on his heel and rushed out of the room with Trumpkin following behind, leading over to his real part on the plan. With that, Diana, Susan and Peter walked through the halls of the castle with secrecy, attempting to stop themselves from drawing that much attention.

They followed the directions Caspian had gave them over to the bedroom where Miraz slept with his wife, walking through the door with weapons in hand when they heard a voice from inside.
