DIANA AND LUCY stepped out of the wardrobe, both of them anxious of telling their siblings about the experience, when Diana took. notice that it was still daytime, and that Peter was still counting.

Before she could stop Lucy from walking out of the spare room, the young girl ran out through the hallway.

"It's all right! We're back! We're all right!" Lucy exclaimed.

"Shut up! He's coming!" Edmund peaked from behind the curtain.

Peter walked into the hallway and Edmund sighed in defeat, glaring over at Lucy and Diana, who frowned at him.

"You know, I'm not quite sure you three have quite got the idea of this game," Peter smirked.

Diana scoffed. "Don't be daft, we were — "

"Weren't you wondering where we were?" Lucy asked.

"That's the point. That was why he was seeking you." Edmund said.

Susan walked up behind Peter and Edmund with a grin. "Does this mean I win?"

"I don't think Lucy wants to play anymore." Peter said.

"We've been gone for hours," Diana mumbled, and the three looked at her as if she had grew two heads.

DIANA GUIDED THEM over to the spare room with the wardrobe, and Susan began inspecting it from the inside while Edmund checked the back. Neither of them found snow or a forest, which made Diana and Lucy frown.

"The only wood in here is the back of the wardrobe," Susan said.

"One game at a time, Lu. We don't all have your imagination," Peter continued.

"But I was there too, you know. Lucy isn't lying," Diana interfered.

"Diana, could you please stop encouraging her for only one second?" Peter turned around, an annoyed look on his face.

"I wasn't imagining. I wouldn't lie about this!" Lucy's voice cracked.

"Well, I believe you," Edmund cut in.

"You do?" Diana frowned.

"Yeah, of course. Didn't I tell you about the football field in the cupboards?" Edmund smirked.
