"Thank you... Arnee." 

The sunlight hits her beauty and I can't help but smile at her. Whether she is a goddess or not, Aiutami Lynlsay is the epitome of beauty. Everyday when I'm with her, I have nothing to say about her kindness. If I had been kind in the first place, maybe like Axalus, we would have been closer to each other.

"You're welcome." 

Aiutami smiled back and put down the roses on the table. 

"So, what brings you here?" She asked curiously. 

Our relationship has improved in recent days. We got along well with each other and agreed to call only our first names. But I know in the first place, she doesn't want me to call 'Prince Arnee' or any formal names. I can't blame her for being uncomfortable because I am too to her. 

"Uh," should I tell her my plan or is it necessary to tell her? What if she doesn't care? "I-I heard you're planning to visit Eaglus Kingdom so... when is that?" 

"Did Axalus tell you?" 

"Sort of," I eavesdropped. 

"Uhm, yes. Do you want to go with us?" 

"Of course," not. But I couldn't afford not to refuse her this time. 

"That's good to hear! I thought you won't go with us again," she said and smiled. "Tomorrow's morning we're leaving." 

I nodded and smiled to restrain myself from telling her my plans. Maybe it is not necessary. Maybe it is better if I don't tell anyone so no one can stop me. Maybe it is...

In the next day, we rode in the chariot. 

"There is a portal waiting for us so it will take a minute before we enter the Eaglus Kingdom," aniya. 

Tumango ako at tumingin sa labas.  

"Uhm, Arnee?" 

Agad kong naibalik ang mga mata sa kanya. "Yes?" 

"Uhm... are you okay?" Nagdadalawang isip niyang tanong. 

Medyo nangunot ang noo ko. "Of course, I'm okay. Bakit mo naman na itanong?" Kuryuso kong tanong pabalik. 

"Kasi... napapansin ko noong mga nakaraang araw lagi ka wala sa sarili..." Pagsagot. "May... may bumabagabag ba sa'yo?" Pag-aalala. "M-maaari mo sa'kin sabihin... kung nais mo lamang."

Should I? 

"Actually, I---" 

Naputol ang sasabihin ko ng umangat ang sasakyan namin at dahil hindi namin iyon inaasahan ay sabay kaming bumagsak sa sahig. Mabuti na lamang at ako ang nadaganan.

"Pasensya na!" Gulat at nagmamadali niyang pag-alis sa taas ko. "Ayos ka lang? May masakit ba sa'yo?" 

Umiling ako at inangat ang sarili para makaupo. "I'm fine but what about you? Are you hurt?" 

Umiling din siya. "I'm fine too." 

"No, you're not," aniko at inabot ang kanang siko niyang dumudugo. 

"Ah!" Pagkagulat niya. "Kaya pala may kumikirot ng tumama sa upuan."

"Can you heal yourself?" Agad kong tanong pero umiling siya. "I'll do it." 

Tumango siya at pinanood na lang akong gamutin ang sugat niya. 

"Salamat!" Aniya at ngumiti. 

"Walang anuman," tugon ko at tumayo para tulungan siya makatayo at umupo sa upuan. "Lalabas lang ako at maghintay ka rito."
