This chapter will add multiple crossover arcs, as well as a Second Crisis of the Earths scenario. Specifically, Seven Deadly Sins, a Hoi4 non-historical scenario, Hoi4 "The New Order", and as requested by @colecaragan, The Irregular at Magic High School. It is likely that this chapter will be one of those long ones again, so this is the only one I'll release for this month.
Anyways, hope you guys enjoy it.

Terra bows to no one!
Her people, her armies, her navy, her beliefs, and her strength come only her and her allies alone, but it is clear that there exist many threats and foreign menaces who would dare to interfere with our matters, and believe their race to be superior above all others!

Through our guidance and rightful rule, our people have defeated Gods, brought down empires far more powerful than us, and ensure the prosperity of the human race, to coexist with all other sentients.
The United Terran Federation will never bow to any unruly empire!

The Arcology Project has continued as planned, and once Terra has become an ecumenopolis, our allies and rivals shall look upon us in awe of the great wonder we have built.
It shall serve as the symbol of our Federation, and as a beacon to withstand any xenophobic empire.

The megastructures we have built such as the Artificial Habitats and Strategic Coordination Centers are serving us well, but we desire more...
A wonder that can see beyond across tens of thousands of lightyears, a structure built purely to know what must be known, and a bastion that shall represent the vast culture of the many xeno species and races Terran.
Many efforts are still being made to research and how to construct these megastructures, as the United Terran Federation must stand as a defender of the Alliance.
Our 4 Mega Shipyards have allowed us to construct more Aureus Class Dreadnoughts easier, more efficiently, and quicker, but have given us a new type of ship...
The Halcyon Class Juggernauts have been designed in mind not for proper ship operations and fleet composition, but as a way of showcasing Terran ingenuity, and power.
The TFS Halcyon, the first of its class, was unveiled during a military naval parade on Idyllis, broadcasted on all channels for our citizens to watch and see, and as expected, what came was massive shock from bother their populace, and their allies.

(A/N) For this story, instead of the Juggernauts being able to build ships like they do in Stellaris, I'll just have them store naval groups instead, cuz it wouldn't make sense for the Feds, who already have massive shipbuilding facilities, to build a fucking ship that can build a ship.

At a whopping size of 213,584 meters in width, 82,826 meters in length, and 18,536 meters in height, the Halcyon is a terrifying symbol of Terran Naval Supremacy due to its terrifying weapons and technology.
The massive juggernaut is powered by a massive array of reactors and stores of energy cells that help its 5 massive repulsor engines mounted on its back to help it move to speeds of up to 4,900 kph in space, along with the hundreds of arrays of weapon systems, carrier bays, and other necessary hardware to keep it running.
Its appearance is similar to that of a massive triangle, with the Federation's common choice of blue seeming to have also influenced the aesthetics of the massive juggernaut.
There exist dozens of carrier bays in which hundreds of thousands of strike, support, and space-superiority craft such as Altarus Bombers and Oriacator Fighters are stored to perform massive interstellar combat operations during massive campaigns.
However, this is not the greatest feature of the Halcyon, for it carries not only fighters, but even entire naval groups themselves.
In its 16 massive naval bays, it can carry a total of 3 naval groups, amounting to about 6 carriers, 6 battleships, 12 Destroyers, 24 Frigates, 36 Corvettes, 30 Supply Ships, and 45 Troopships as its barebones support fleet.
Designed to be a mobile base of operations for massive wars when the Federation is unable to effectively coordinate their navies and forces due to a lack of portable spaceports and starbases, the Halcyon features even what a fully built spaceport uses, though scaled down, such as an Office for High Command, diplomatic and administrative offices, government departments, mobile task forces, and even entire planetary army groups and forces.
It has had to employ dozens of shield generators due to the massive scale of such a ship, along with hundreds of LAZULI Nanobot Repair Systems in the case that its kilometer-thick armor and hull be exposed due to the loss of its shielding.
It is capable of waging entire sector campaigns by itself, being able to carry 10 Million Soldiers, excluding its already massive complement of 2 million naval officers and personnel.
Its often designated of a support fleet consisting of an entire battlegroup to ensure it is not overwhelmed by enemy naval vessels, though its massive arsenal can already handle such a challenge.
There are hundreds of LVE cannons and ATL Naval Missile Batteries installed to deal with normal interstellar naval vessels, with thousands of EVA MG's and Swarmers to defend it against enemy strike craft.
There now exists a common saying within the Navy, that while an Aureus can change the tide of an entire front, the Halcyon can change the outcome of an entire war.
