After going back to the cabin, you decided to just sit and relax, lie next to Sasha and just talk. The whole time, Mikasa just sat at the steps in silence.

You were sure she was amused by Sasha's stupid stories though, she talks so loud and it's like if you don't understand, she'll just keep repeating until you understand her point of view.

Some of the hunting stories she told you were interesting as well, especially the one where she slipped on horse manoeuvre. She described how bad it smelt and you imaging it was just so much funnier.

"Alright girls, time for some training." Nanaba leant into your cabin as you sat up in your bed, nodding at the woman.

You walked out of your cabin as you stood in a single file line. Mikasa standing on the edge of the line, all by herself.

"Alright, training first day will be easy. First and only step, make alliances." She said as you looked at the boys from afar, them standing in a single file line looking at you as well.

Their cabins were quite far but they had a male captain probably telling the boys the exact same thing.

"We want you to understand one another, and be able to protect without hesitation. Good luck." She said as she moved out of the way.

"You're free to do whatever. But if I see you alone, you're doing laps." Nanaba said as Sasha and you looked at each other, knowing you'd be fine.

You looked over at Mikasa, who was still alone, but that was until she ran up to a boy who ran up to her and hugged each other.

Oh, well there's that.

But why was Mikasa so open with him yet a total different person with you guys? It was none of your business.

Sasha grabbed onto your hand before pulling you to talk to one of the guys. You didn't really feel the need to make male friends, especially since you trusted the girls mush more.

But if Sasha is doing this as a way to find herself a boyfriend, you'll just let it go.

"Hey you're that girl that sucked her dads farm dry, aren't you?" A boy with almost a bald head said. His voice was quite loud, considering you weren't standing far from him.

"Who are you?" Sasha asked the boy.

"Connie Springer" he replied as Sasha walked next to his side before putting her hand on his head.

"What are you, 5 foot?" Sasha teased the boy as he pushed her hand off of his head.

"I'm 5,2 and I'm still growing." He groaned as you wondered how old the boy was.

"Might wanna pray for another foot." Sasha giggled as you rolled your eyes at the poor boy who was getting bullied by Sasha already.

"Connie, how old are you?" You asked as the boys gaze turned from Sasha to you.

"15, why?" He asked as Sasha's mouth widened before pushing on Connie's shoulder.

"We're the same age!" She said as you just looked at the two.

"Why how old are you?" Connie looked at you as you felt a discomfort from the fact that they were younger than you.

"I'm going to be 17 soon." You told them honestly as they shrugged.

"Two years isn't a big difference." Sasha shrugged, not understanding why you found it to be such a shocker.

It wasn't a bad thing, it was just odd. Was there anyone there that was your age?

"I guess not, but I just don't like the fact that kids younger than me have to be put in such a terrible situation like this." You replied honestly as Connie put a hand on your shoulder.

"It's not a terrible situation if you don't want it to be. This can be fun!" He tried to lighten you up, Sasha now by his side agreeing as well.

"I guess so." You said as you turned around, seeing some people already in groups and talking.

"Oh, Connie. Weird question, do you know who eren is? That boy right there." You looked towards the boy, not wanting to point to raise suspicion.

"Oh yeah he's in my cabin." Connie said as your mind raced with questions. You were never the type to intrude on others relationships that had nothing to do with you, but you were just so curious.

"That girl, Mikasa, are they dating, siblings, or what?" You asked as Connie shrugged.

"Eren doesn't really talk about her. Plus, it's only been a couple of hours since I've known him. If you like, I can ask him tonight." He added as you shook your head.

"No don't do that! It was just a curiosity question it's not that serious." You replied, knowing how suspicious the boy would be when Connie told him a random girl asked about who Mikasa was to him.

"Do you not know them?" Connie asked as Sasha just watched you and Connie talk.

"Mikasa is in my cabin, and she brought him up a couple times, that's all." You replied. It was strange, you were so interested in this girl, Mikasa, yet you barely knew her.

"Oh, well, sorry but I don't know." He said as you waved it off, it was okay.

"Hey Connie, why are you bald?" Sasha asked as you already knew an argument between the two was bound to start. You sat down on a rock as the two talked away, often arguing, then instantly laughing and just going crazy.

Nanaba and the male leader screamed for all of you to dispatch and go back to your cabin. You didn't spend this time doing anything other than be a third wheel to Connie and Sasha's blooming friendship.

You walked back to your cabin, Sasha noticing you, followed by you hearing a "wait up" before the maroon hair coloured girl was next to you once again.

"Connies a loud one, huh?" You asked Sasha as she gave a "huh?" Noise.

"You think he's loud?" She asked as you giggled under your breath.

"Of course you couldn't tell, you're just like him." You felt a sense of relief that Sasha had made a friend like her, but you still didn't have a friend like that for yourself. But Sasha would do for now.
