Mission: LOVE ⚔️ (mikasa x reader)

Goodbye sasha

You and the other scouts sat in the flying boat, well, Jean gave the flying vehicle a name. He called it a blimp. It sounded so stupid, but it kind of worked.

Most of the scouts stayed quiet. The uniforms had changed and improved, and even though you weren't wearing any odm gear, the others had newly updated ones as well.

You sat next to Mikasa who was busy looking at Eren before making sure to keep you company.

You were traveling to Marley, and halfway there, Armin was supposed to drop and turn into a titan before heading towards Marley. With him as a distraction, Eren would land on Marley along with the rest of the scouts, and send the land to hell.

You wouldn't participate in killing. Killing anyone. The others were prepared for that. Though they were only going for zeke Yeager, they were prepared to take down anyone in their way.

You slept next to Mikasa last night, afraid it'd be your last time sleeping together. She promised you she'd live, and continue to fight for the both of you. But you were still scared. You wanted to stay with her and protect her just as much as she did to you.

"Relax." Mikasa placed her gentle hand onto your leg to stop it from shaking.  As all of you sat quietly on the side benches of the blimp, you were the only one fidgeting like crazy.

From twiddling your fingers to shaking your leg, to biting your lip, nothing about you screamed "I'm ready".

You were terrified.

You grabbed onto Mikasa's hand to stop yourself from fidgeting your hands, and calming down as you felt her warmth.

"You'll be fine." Mikasa whispered as she gently massaged your hand to make you relax.

"ALRIGHT EVERYONE. FIVE MINUTES BEFORE ARMIN REACHES DROP POINT, TEN MINUTES BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE REACHES DROP POINT!" Levi commanded as this caused your heart to race.

Although you wouldn't drop either way, you'd spend the whole mission in the blimp aiding people and providing soldiers with the equipment they needed if they ran out.

You had the easiest job, yet you were terrified.

While everyone replied to Levi with a "yes sir" you began taking deep breaths.

In 10 minutes, Mikasa would leave the blimp and fight. While you stayed up and didn't fight. If she got hurt, you wouldn't be able to bare the guilt of not being able to be there to help her.

"Connie you fucking idiot!" Sasha whined as you looked at both her and Connie who were sitting together, Connie having ripped a part of Sasha's belt off.

"How did you manage to even do that?" Jean asked Connie as he shrugged.

"Straps don't fit Sasha." Connie said sarcastically as Sasha smirked.

"Your mother didn't say that." She joked as that caused you to giggle. Connie was pretty pissed at the joke.

Of course, in such a serious moment, Sasha decides to make a sexual joke about fucking Connie's titan formed mom.

"Bitch." Connie growled as Mikasa walked up to Sasha, helping her adjust the strap back to normal.

"Guys let's be serious here." Mikasa said blankly before looking towards you and Eren, who had the same expression.

Looking down at the floor with no clear emotion. Eren was lost in thought, while you were blanking, having nothing on mind other than fear overtaking your body.

"Alright Armin let's go!" Levi instructed as Armin looked at everyone before standing up, going towards the back of the blimp where the side would open for him to jump out.
