You were right AGAIN

You and Mikasa swung from building to building, hopping over layers of the walls all the way towards the east side of wall Maria.

You genuinely enjoyed it. Feeling the fresh air blow against your face as you looked beside you, towards Mikasa who had her game face on. She always looked so serious when doing training, so during missions, she was twice as focused.

It was attractive. Seeing her hair blow in the wind as you swung from house to house, her often lowering herself down to touch the buildings and run on their roofs before pushing forwards and swinging in the air once again.

You couldn't do that, where you run on the rooftops like she did, but you had just as much fun watching her instead.

The both of you landed on wall Maria, where you'd be positioned during the mission.

"You alright?" Mikasa questioned as she brushed her hair out of her face, you being mesmerized by the beautiful girl.

"Yeah." You responded as she nodded, handing you a water canteen.

"You've got your  flares ready?" Mikasa asked as you took out the flares you'd stashed in your back pocket.

"Yes all 5." You said as you went towards one of the boxes nailed into the top of the wall that was meant for storage. You placed all 5 flares in the storage box before positioning yourself to sit comfortably.

"Try not to get up unless you must. Be careful not to hurt yourself. And don't you dare think about joining us in fighting any titans." She said as you smiled at her which made her give you a disgusted look.

"What?" She questioned, feeling like she was being mocked.

"Don't worry about me! Acting like my mom or something." You smiled as the girl sighed as she knelt beside you.

"Just shut up." She said quietly as she sat next to you, looking towards the south side of the wall. Erwin would set off a green flare, which meant Mikasa had to leave you and go to the south side of the wall, where Eren would soon after question Reiner and Bertholdt.

"I should be the one telling you to be careful." You said as you looked at the girls side profile as she looked towards the south side of wall Maria from afar.

"I will be." She said as she turned to you, your face instantly blushing noticing how close the two of you were to each other.

"You're cute, (y/n)," Mikasa said quietly as that only caused your heart to race more.

You heard a loud flare blast as you saw green smoke in the sky.

"That's my cue." Mikasa said as she stood up, you grabbing onto her uniform pants preventing her from leaving.

"You're... cute too!" You said loudly with your eyes clenched closed.

You let go of the girls uniform as she leant down next to you, gently pressing a kiss against your cheek before standing up and jumping off of the wall, using her odm gear to speed towards the south side of wall Maria.

You placed your palm against your cheek as you watched her go.

Now all you could do was wait. You never knew when Eren would question Reiner, and you honestly didn't know if they end up being titans, how many people they'd kill. You wouldn't be able to be there to stop it. But you could only hope they'd stop them on their own.

There was an abnormal length of quietness. You didn't have a clock, but much more than 5 minutes have passed.

Were you wrong?
Was your dream just a stupid dream and Annie had nothing to do with the two boys?

But the picture under Bertholdt's bed.... They have to be titans!

Just as you felt like you'd made a huge fuck up, you heard a loud bang which didn't come from a flare. In fact, you saw two lightning strikes in the sky before seeing a third right after.

So three titans? Bertholdt and Reiner both were titans. You were right!

You couldn't see much considering how far you were, but if you looked diagonally directly at where they would be stationed, you did see movement of some kind.

But the one thing you could see for sure was the colossal titan. The one that supposedly killed Mikasa's home when she was young. You've never seen the titan, but it was terrifying how big it was considering how far you were from it.

Your mother was recorded to have died when this titan attacked. But your mom didn't die in that attack. She was with you the whole year after that attack. So how....

Regardless, the bigger titan, which was the colossal titan began to stand up. As if you thought that huge titan couldn't get bigger, it was increasing in size like a sky scraper.

The titan was surely much taller than the wall. But who was the one piloting the titan? Bertholdt or Reiner?

Shit!

There was nothing you could do besides watch from afar and stay on the lookout.

Loud roars echoed through the air as you shuttered in fear as the agonizing screech of the titans continued.

The larger titan, the colossal looked like it was coming towards you, as the footsteps of the titan became louder and louder. It was far enough from you for you not to become distressed, but it was coming close to the thin line.

You noticed smoke. But not smoke from a flare, smoke from the titan. The colossal titan was surrounded by smoke as it spread around its surroundings.

You felt a wave of heat hit your body as you took a deep breath after the heat had passed you.

Was that a result from the smoke?

You watched as the two other titans fight and push each other towards closer to the centre of wall Maria, you having a better view of what was happening.

A strong titan, which you assumed was the armoured titan was fighting Erens titan, ripping each other's jaws apart. It made you want to puke. It looked scary. You couldn't believe this was real.

You were too far to be able to see any of the scouts, or any of the other soldiers either. You hoped they were safe. For all you knew, there could've been a huge massacre in the very beginning.

That's when you turned around after hearing loud bangs from behind you.

A titan! Another one! This titan was running on all fours though, and it was extremely different from the others. An abnormal... no. This one was intelligent.

As the titan ran closer to you, as you noticed there was something on its back.

As the titan running on all fours was heading towards the wall, you lost track of what was happening with Erens titan, along with Bertholdt and Reiner's titans.

All you focused on was the titan with something or, you should clarify, someone on its back. You grabbed onto binoculars before pointing it at them, and looking into it.

The man. Your heart raced as you fumbled around the top of the wall, dropping the binoculars and frantically trying to pull a flare out of the box.

You grabbed onto the black and purple flares, the black flare meaning there's an abnormal titan, and the purple, meaning it's an emergency.

You watched in fear as you looked towards the man riding the titan before pulling the black flares trigger, then pulling the purple flares trigger as well.

The flares made a loud blast but you didn't let that stop you from keeping your stance, well, your sit...ting?

Either way you weren't letting fear consume you. And you weren't going to let your missing leg get in the way of stopping this man.

The man got close to the wall before the titan launched itself through the already patched up hole in the wall from previous titan attacks. Eren went on a whole mission to cover that opening. And now it's destroyed by this man and the abnormal titan almost instantly? Shit! What if more get in!
