Third person pov:
"Hey Eren." Mikasa stood by the tree her young love was buried by.
"I've fallen in love." She said with a smile as she bent down.
"Her name is (y/n). You know her. You know she's right for me." She continued as she placed a flower on the ground.
"She makes me feel happy. I get those butterflies. I always grew up wondering if the butterfly feeling was real, because I thought it was a stupid thing people would say to trick you. But it's real. She makes me feel it all the time." Mikasa went on as she looked up into the sky.
"I'm sorry you couldn't come to the wedding. You would've liked it." She said, trying not to make herself sad.
"But, I'm happy. I really am. When I lost you, I thought it was over. I thought I was going to be alone forever. But she was there for me. Man, I love her." Mikasa said as she began taking her scarf off from around her neck.
"I'm ready to move on, and I'm ready to create new life with her. Thank you Eren. I love you." She said before holding the scarf in front of her. She gently placed it down by the roots of the tree sticking out of the ground.

You wondered what mikasa was doing over there. She told you to wait because she had some things to say to Eren.
You watched from afar as her hair blew in the wind. She was turned the opposite way, so you couldn't tell what she was doing or saying, but whatever it was, you were respectful and wouldn't ask once she came back.
Mikasa turned and began walking towards you as you got ready to hold your hand out.
She grabbed onto your hand, interlocking fingers before walking the opposite direction.
You noticed she wasn't wearing the scarf Eren gave her. She never took that thing off. So maybe this was what that visit was about? Giving him the scarf back?
You didn't mention it to Mikasa, instead you brought up the question about a baby.
That's right.
Both you and Mikasa were ready to take care of a new life.
Together.
