Youre loved

After that walk last night you went to bed. Well, YOU did. You woke up as you looked to your left and right, noticing absolutely no one was in the cabin with you.

You rubbed your eyes before getting up, going to go look for them, knowing you didn't want to be alone. It was still dark out.

You saw as the boys cabin was lit, with the door open. You crept over to their side, making sure not to make noise to think you were intruding.

The girls were in there with them. You could hear their voices.

You pressed your ear against one of the thin tent covered walls.

"Bipolar disorder. I think that's what she has. Or some type of anxiety. Depression maybe? I don't know." Sasha groaned as you wondered what they were saying.

"(Y/n) isn't like other girls. You can tell she's always terrified or uncomfortable." You heard Annie speak, you had never heard her talk much, but that was definitely her.

Why are they talking about you?

"So how do we let her know we're there for her?" Sasha questioned as you heard Jean groan.

"I just want to be able to talk to her. Yet she pushes me away. Why?" He asked as you just listened, not understanding why they would be grouping up just to talk about you behind your back.

"That's because you're annoying Jean." Mikasa said as the rest of the girls giggled.

"Do you have a thing for (y/n), Jean?" Hitch questioned as you heard no response.

Maybe he shook his head, not saying anything?

Oh shit, maybe they spotted you.

"Anyways, she's going to get herself killed if she goes into battle like this. We need to do something." Mikasa said as your heart thumped at the idea of the girl actually caring.

If she didn't care, why would she be doing this behind your back in the first place.

"When she needs space, we give it to her. But we can't let her be alone. She needs someone." Jean added before you lifted your eyebrow.

'Why are they acting like I'm some type of pet? And isn't it weird they're talking about me in the middle of the night? I'm not bipolar or anxious or depressed. I just don't know how to handle myself. Is that so wrong?' You wondered as you tried not to cry.

They probably thought you were crazy.

You ran back to your cabin before pretending to be asleep.

~

"Silly girl." A woman laughed as you recognized the laugh.

"Sammy?!" You looked at the woman as she stood next to you in the middle of your kitchen back home.

"'What If theyre just like Sammy! Ooh! Boo hoo!'" She said in a mocking tone before laughing.

"They're not. (Y/n) darling no ones just like me. I'm better than all of them." She whispered as you felt captured, unable to move your body.

"You lied to me." You said aggressively as she just shrugged.

"You said you'd come home. You said you'd miss me. It was all just a lie." You said to her face as you could tell she was becoming frustrated.

"You will never understand, (y/n)," She said as you looked at her furiously in the eyes.

"A murderer." You continued as she backed down.

"You don't know my motives." She said as you took a step closer to her.

"You killed someone. And lied to me." You said boldly as Sammy took a step back.

"I had my reasons." She said as you couldn't take her stupid commentary anymore, you running up to her, fist clenched and ready to make a direct hit with her face.

~

"Yo what the hell!" Connie held onto your fist as you looked at the boy.

"(Y/n) you've been lost in thought. What's wrong?" He said as you lowered your arm, not understanding why you were trying to punch him.

You remembered you about to punch Sammy. Was that a dream?

"Earth to (y/n)!" He waved his hand in front of your face as you pushed it down.

"Yeah yeah." You acknowledged the boy with a sigh.

"Do you always daze off and try to punch people?" He asked as you shook your head.

"It's been happening since my... Y'know what? Never mind." You smiled to reassure the boy as you stood up.

"I'll get going." You said as you were about to go to train with Nanaba.

"Oh. Okay." He said, clearly sad you didn't trust him to tell him about Sammy.

~

And you went to go train with Nanaba. Like every. Other. Day.

Training was so tiring. Every day you'd wake up dreading the thought of going and training. Yes it was good exercise and made your body feel good, but it's just so much work and way too tiring.

Imagine what your mother would think if she was watching you like this. Living your life like this. You really wanted to see your mom. But death wasn't something you wanted anymore. You needed to find out why your mom died, and the true meaning behind Sammy's ditch.

Now that you think about it, Sammy's story doesn't add up. She's a murderer, then she loves you then she leaves you with nothing but the ability to think.

You didn't need an explanation, you know what Sammy did was wrong. But you still didn't know her motives. And that dream- no. That daydream was just so confusing. Why don't you just stop thinking about her? It's better now that she's out of your life.

"ALRIGHT MAGGOTS! TIME TO MEET YOUR HORSES." The male commander screamed, causing you to snap out of your daze, once again. It seems like all you do is think, a voice in your mind who isn't your own talking to you, all the time.

You wished Nanaba would explain what they were doing to you. That man was so annoying. But, it was something new. Meeting your horse for the first time was an exciting moment, considering literally nothing fun happens.

You walked into the horse stables as Nanaba assigned you with your horses.

You've never ridden a horse. You placed your hand out for the horse to sniff before petting its head.

"You're soft." You smile at the horse as you turned to Sasha, who was already screaming.

"STOP!" She screamed as the horse had bitten onto her shirt, almost lifting her off of the ground. You couldn't help but laugh as you continued petting your horse.
