"Goodmorning." Mikasa yawned as she turned over to give you a hug.
"Mmgh." You groaned, turning over in your bed, returning the hug.
"What time is it?" You mumbled as Mikasa turned over to check the clock next to the nightstand on your side of the bed.
"Ten in the morning. We slept in." Mikasa replied, laying on top of you as she hugged you.
"What do you want to do today?" You asked as you brushed your hands through Mikasa's soft black hair.
"Can we finally go shopping for new clothes for you?" She asked as you leaned in to give the girls forehead a kiss.
"You're still on about that? Fine. You go shopping for me then."
Mikasa jumped off of your bed, feeling quite excited. She never showed this much enthusiasm.
"Get up, let's go!" She insisted as you grabbed onto your uniform pants, slipping them on before yawning.
You didn't even get a chance to brush your teeth. Mikasa was way too busy dreaming about the clothes she'd force you into. You knew by her little evil giggles that she was planning on making you try on the craziest of outfits.
"We can't leave before watering the garden." You said, knowing that growing a garden brought back the memories of your mother and the garden she loved so much. Mikasa knew about the story of your mother and her garden, and she wanted to make you happy, so, she helped you water the plants of your garden.
Then, she rushed you out of the house.
You arrived at a street on Marley which was dedicated to outdoor clothing stores, and this was Mikasa's chance to search and search.
"Nope these are clothes for old ladies. No way I'm letting my wife look like a grandma." She said as she held onto your hand, leading you to the next store.
"Baby clothes? Cute, but no." She said as you smiled at her small jokes.
"This one, this is the one." Mikasa pulled you into the store which was dimly lit.
The inside of the store smelt like fresh wood, for some reason, it reminded you of the forests back within the walls. But, now wasn't the time for those memories. Now was the time to make new memories, with Mikasa.
"This." She said as she placed an article of clothing into your hands, you looking down to see a pink dress.
"No way." You held the dress out looking at Mikasa.
"You're serious?! Cmon I don't want to look like some fancy spoiled brat with an annoying accent." You turned to hang it back up before turning back around, hearing Mikasa's voice.
"That one was actually for me. This one is for you." Mikasa tossed a shirt into your arms, you catching it, wondering why she was throwing you clothes.
"Since when do you wear dresses?" You asked as Mikasa narrowed her eyes towards you.
"Since now. Can't a girl wear cute things to impress her wife?" She asked as you smiled.
"You impress me no matter what you wear." You charmed her before holding out the dress.
"But I mean, pink? I thought your favourite colour was red. How about a red dress instead?" You asked as Mikasa walked up to you, taking the dress out of your hands.
"You think? I thought you'd like pink more because it's feminine." She said as you shook your head.
"Mikasa wears the dress, the dress does not wear Mikasa." You reminded her as she placed the pink dress back on the rack.
