The rest of the day was a lot of fun. I played a few songs for my mom on my guitar, we both played a few more casual video games (that Spencer rarely plays), and even did a couple of small puzzles. We joked around a lot about me and Lance, Spencer and his friends (that did include Isla), and just in general. It felt like we were on top of the world. I plopped down on my bed at 9:00 pm, three hours after Spencer came home, almost exhausted. I laughed myself out of energy, if that was even possible. I started scrolling through my social media pages, seeing Savanna's many photos of Harpy (some even had Declan in them!), Spencer's photos with his friends, Lance's (honestly spectacular) art, and even some of Evynne's new selfies. Of course there were some of our mutual friends in there too, but they aren't a real highlight of my life as much as they are. I snapped a few photos of the things we did today, so I put them together in a 'carousel' post with the caption "girls day" and posted, too. I didn't want to feel left out. Not that I would've anyway, I rarely ever make a post. By the time I finally head to sleep for a long school day tomorrow, it's just past 10:30 pm. I'm surprised I actually made it this long without passing out. I shut my phone off and turn it upside down on my nightstand, turn my lamp off and try to fall asleep.

And I managed to.
