Earth
Miki and Ishiro raced through the halls along with hundreds of other people. Ishiro just wished he knew what exactly was happening. Then they heard it. The building shook as Godzilla's Roar screamed across the city of Tsukuba. After fighting through the crowd, Miki and Ishiro were able to get to a window and saw him their own eyes.
"Junior." Miki breathed.
"What is he doing?" Ishiro asked in disbelief.
Godzilla Junior let out another deep roar across the city, his eyes flashing red off and on. Military helicopters were flying around him, and he snarled at them, snapping his jaws at them in warning.
"He's afraid of something." Miki answered.
"Afraid?" Ishiro questions in disbelief. "What could he be afraid of? And furthermore why would he come here if he was afraid?"
"Because in this city is where his only living family lives." Miki says.
Ishiro frowned at her. "What do you mean? Godzilla is still alive isn't he?"
"Not in this world." Miki says cryptically. "No matter how much scientists and the government like to say he is. I sensed his energy leave this world."
Godzilla Junior looked a bit taller than the day when Ghidorah was finally killed. His dorsal fins were larger, and the green tone to his body was darker, closer to the pitch black his father had. His snout was scrunched, his teeth bared. As military helicopters kept flying around him.
"He's getting agitated." Ishiro pointed out.
"So long as they don't fire on him we should be fine." Miki assured. "Godzilla are a very vengeful species. They always remember, like elephants do, and as we saw with his father in the 60's to the 90's, and his grandfather in the early 50's, they will keep coming back till they wipe away all who attack them, or get them to submit."
"The only exception being Kong." Ishiro agreed. "So... why come here though, I know you said he has family here, but who?"
"The one he first saw when he hatched in this very building." Miki said. "Follow me."
With that Miki and Ishiro begin fighting through the crowd once again. Outside, Godzilla Junior roars again, his footsteps careful and deliberate. His amber eyes flash red, letting out a high pitched shriek. JDF soldiers evacuated civilians away from his path, tanks rolling in, aiming their weapons at the slowly advancing kaiju. Junior's head swiveled over the city, his eyes searching. With a huff, he looked over his shoulder to the ocean, his eyes glowing red again. The ocean swirled and a hint of a purple fin was seen before it dove back under. Junior growled in the oceans direction, before letting out a earth shaking roar. He then continued his March through the city.
Once Ishiro and Miki got to the building Garage, they piled into Miki's car, an old Honda. Ishiro got in the left hand side. "I'll drive." He says, only to realize he had sat down on the passenger side.
Miki laughed. "You've been spending too much time with Americans Ishiro." Miki teased.
It was true Ishiro had to admit. Up until the battle in Tokyo, Ishiro was working for the US Military's Research division specialized in Kaiju biological understanding. His work had helped G-Force and various militaries fight various Kaiju over the years. So he'd gotten used to cars with the driver seat on the left hand side.
Miki drove well considering the circumstances, weaving through the fleeing crowds with practiced ease. Soon they approached a tall apartment building. It wasn't far from the G-Force headquarters, but it seemed Junior was heading their way. The two raced up the stairs, passing a few remaining evacuating people. Soon Miki stoped at one of the apartments, Ishiro stopping beside her. Miki knocked, a bit harshly, and the door opened. The woman who answered had long black hair tied back in a bun, and didn't seem too concerned about the large reptilian kaiju on the approach. She smiled politely to Miki.
