Argus, North Of Mistral

The man smiles as he watches Qrow and Amber leave the train station of the Argus Limited. The duo seemed to be having a pleasant conversation, but the man could see the tension the surrounded them. They were on edge. They were cautiously keeping their hands in close proximity to their respective weapons. The man giggles with excitement.

"Excellent." The man mutters.

Qrow and Amber then stop suddenly as Qrow frowns. Seeing his frown Amber questions the man. "What's wrong?"

"We're being watched." Qrow says his eyes narrowing as he examined their surroundings. There were so many people around that he couldn't tell where their observer was. He suspected that was the plan. If the observer was in plain sight then it could be difficult to figure out who it was. Then again most of the people around them were on the train. Perhaps they were being watched from afar. They would need a good vantage point that could... that's when Qrow saw them. The movement of somebody wearing a brown cloak overlooking the area from a cliff-face of the nearby mountain.

Argus was an interesting city. Qrow could even say it was like a miniature Kingdom. The place had plenty of buildings and even a few buildings just short of being skyscrapers. The city itself was between two mountains with a massive wall on one side to help the city keep out the Grimm. On the other side was the ocean and an Atlas military base. In said ocean were many towers in the ocean that when activated would create a Hard-Light barrier to prevent Grimm from entering via the ocean. The barrier would obviously be powered through use of Hard-Light Dust.

Qrow grimaced. The mountains may keep Grimm and your average person from attempting to enter that way less they wanted to become a splatter of mush on the pavement. The one watching them however was obviously not your average person.

Weiss looks at her reflection with a frown. She was currently wearing a short white sleeveless dress with cutouts on both sides of her waist. The yoke was made of a translucent grey mesh and she wore a pair of white pumps to go with it. On a hanger hanging from the bathrooms door handle next to her was a second dress. A long glittering dress with a color gradation from a grayish blue to pale blue at the hem. With it was a white sash and to be worn with it would be a slightly sheer long sleeved grey blue bolero to be fastened at the collar by a sapphire broach with a circular silver pendant containing the symbol of Mothra. Printed on the back was the snowflake design of her family crest

Weiss looks into the main room seeing Yang helping Ruby with the black sash to her outfit. Blake was already dressed herself in an elegant yet short, purple, asymmetrical, halter neck dress with a split up the right side. It also had black mesh covering her shoulders. Yangs outfit however was what created the frown Weiss currently wears.

Yang was wearing a white halter neck dress and white pumps. Weiss knew this was a childish thing to be upset about. Weiss also knew Yang and her were wearing dresses of a different design, and yet she felt that the two outfits looked too similar. Then again she could wear the dress behind her to alleviate this problem, but that in itself created an entirely different problem. This event is a party. A dance! Not some great Ball or some gathering for the rich and fancy. No that second outfit was too fancy for this dance.

Weiss gives a soft whimper of indecision. But then again it could let her show off a bit, and she was sure that Neptune would like it. Then again what if he wasn't as dressed up as her. Weiss decided she couldn't decide so glancing over again she closed the door before pulling out her scroll. After a few moments she made her call.
