It was official. Chloe was sleep deprived, Aubree had kept her up most of the night as she had been unwell, so she hadn't been in the creche and Chloe stayed home to watch her which meant she hadn't seen Max. When Chloe's alarm clock went off she was already awake and sitting on the sofa with a sleeping Aubree. Eddie came downstairs and got a shock when he saw Chloe wide awake "you're up early" Chloe smiled "Aubree kept me awake again, she's not poorly she just wanted to be a little madam" Eddie grinned "is she going in today?" Chloe nodded "gonna see how she is" Eddie nodded and proceeded to make everyone breakfast.

Eddie drove to school that morning and Chloe was in a bad mood "I give it an hour before she's in the cooler" Rachel laughed "let's just hope no-one winds her up" Eddie smiled as Chloe walked into the school building and Charlotte walked over to Imogen and Scout. Once Aubree was in the creche Chloe was about to head to registration when her phone went off, looking she saw that Max had text her -

*Max - Office now.

Chloe rolled her eyes but made her way to the office. When she got there she walked in "got your text, what?" Max smirked "I want you and Aubree to move into mine" Chloe was chocked "you want what?" Max looked at her "you heard" Chloe frowned "I heard what you said but I don't believe it" Max again smirked "what don't you believe?" Chloe rolled her eyes "I don't believe that you want me too move in with you" Max sighed "Aubree needs both of her parents together" Chloe frowned "I'm gonna say too my mum 'sorry to say but I'm moving out and moving in with Max' I can just picture it now" Max took her hand "its for the best" Chloe raised her eyebrows "no" Max looked at her "what?" Chloe sighed "I said no" Max glared "why?" Chloe sighed "how dodgy would that look if I moved in with you?" Max looked at her "people will think you're putting your daughter first" Chloe felt her temper rising "so I've never put her first?" Max sighed "I didn't mean that" Chloe scoffed "typical" Max glared "don't you want our daughter to be happy?" Chloe rolled her eyes "that's all I care about" "well then" Chloe sighed "I can't" Max sighed "do you remember when you said you loved me?" Chloe nodded "yeah I remember" Max smirked "well then you should want to do this" Chloe was shocked "wow, that's low even for you" Max was about to speak when Chloe went to walk out "wait" Chloe turned back to him "what?" Max looked at her "I assumed you would want to do this, our relationship" Chloe shook her head "whatever Mr.Tyler" Chloe walked off.

Charlotte was sitting in the library when Chris came in "I think we need to have a chat" Charlotte looked up "I know" Chris sat opposite her "is it my baby?" Charlotte shrugged "could be" Chris nodded "who's the other possible father?" "Tom Clarkson" Chris sighed "you need to get a DNA test" Charlotte nodded "I know, I will" Chris smiled "if it is my baby then I'll do the best" Charlotte grinned "thanks" Charlotte had no idea that Tom had overhead the entire conversation "you're pregnant? Again" Charlotte paled "Tom I'm sorry" Tom scoffed "sorry for what? Sleeping with me and him, or for not knowing who the father is?" Charlotte had tears roll down her face "I said I was sorry!" Tom rolled his eyes "save it" Tom walked off and Charlotte couldn't stop the tears "he hates me" Chris sighed "he doesn't, he's just confused" Charlotte scoffed "yeah right, he hates me and he hates this baby if its his" Chris pulled Charlotte into a hug "everything is gonna be alright Charlotte, Chloe will look after you" Charlotte wiped her eyes and walked off.

Chloe made her way to English with Tom and saw Charlotte standing at the back of the line crying "what's happened?" Charlotte sighed "Tom knows and he hates me" Chloe hugged her "he doesn't hate you" Charlotte nodded "he does, you didn't see the way he looked at me" Chloe sighed "ignore it yeah, focus on your baby" Charlotte nodded as Tom came past giving her a dirty look "see" Chloe frowned "that's well mature" Charlotte shrugged "I don't care anymore Chloe, I wanna give up" Chloe sighed "don't think of your baby" Charlotte felt her eyes water "that's the only reason I'm still going on".
