The weekend away was going well although Chloe found herself missing Aubree. That morning Chloe was sitting in bed and she decided to call her mum -

Phonecall

Chloe - Hi mum, how's Aubree?

Rachel - She's fine, got a bit upset last night but she's okay now.

Chloe - aw, what's she doing?

Rachel - Eddie's taken her out for a bit.

Chloe - aw, when she comes back tell her I'll phone her.

Rachel - I will, speak to you later.

Phonecall

Chloe hung up and climbed out of bed.

Charlotte and Tom were in the shower being 'intimate'. They were both enjoying themselves they had no idea that Chloe had just walked in "Oh My God!" Charlotte paled and pushed Tom away.

Chloe was gobsmacked at what she saw, she wasn't paying attention to where she was going and she bumped into Max "Chloe?" Chloe looked at him "hi" Max noticed the shocked look on her face "what's wrong?" Chloe smiled "nothing, I'm fine".

When Charlotte and Tom eventually came down Chloe was sitting with Max on the sofa "morning" Charlotte flushed red with embarassment and walked off, Max had no idea what Chloe had walked in on "so, enjoy your extra-curricular activities this morning?" Tom choked on his coffee which caused Chloe to laugh "sorry" Tom looked at Chloe who had a grin on her face "you're loving this aren't you?" Chloe smiled "I am".

Charlotte was sitting outside and Chloe came up "are you okay?" Charlotte stood to walk off "wait, what's wrong?" Charlotte didn't speak but she walked off, Chloe walked back inside just as Max came over "we're going out tonight" Chloe frowned "who?" "us" Chloe was confused "us as in me and you?" Max nodded and Chloe walked upstairs and text her mum -

Chloe - is Aubree okay? x

Mum - Yeah, she's fine, she's asleep x

Chloe - Okay, x

Chloe sighed, she knew Aubree got upset if she was away from her parents for more than three days.

Charlotte was walking around when Tom approached her "are you alright?" Charlotte sighed and walked off from him.

Chloe and Max were sitting on the sofa and Tom came and sat with them "what's up Clarky?" Tom sighed "I think I wanna propose to Charlotte again" Chloe grinned "serious?" Tom nodded "yeah" Max stood "where you running off to?" Max smirked "somewhere" Chloe rolled her eyes as Max left "maybe you should have a romantic meal with her and ask her but try too avoid doing it in the shower" Tom laughed as Chloe stood and left.

Max and Chloe had just left so Tom began preparing their meal. Charlotte was sitting the room she had with Tom and she was listening to music when Tom came in "come on, I've made dinner" Charlotte stood from the bed and followed Tom downstairs "where are Chloe and Max?" Tom smiled "Max has taken Chloe out" Charlotte nodded.

Chloe and Max had just left the restaurant and they  were walking back to the cottage "think Tom has asked her yet?" Max smirked "maybe" Chloe grinned "shame".

Tom and Charlotte finished their meal so Tom stood and walked over to Charlotte "I know our relationship isn't perfect but we have a daughter together who means everything to me and I love you" Charlotte watched as Tom got down on one knee and got a little black box out "will you marry me?" Charlotte was shocked and she nodded "yeah" Tom stood and kissed her "I love you" Charlotte smiled "I love you too".

Chloe and Max returned as Charlotte came downstairs and Chloe noticed the ring "you said yes?" Charlotte grinned and nodded "aw, so cute" Charlotte smiled and she turned to go back upstairs "well, they're gonna be busy" Max took Chloe's hand and took her upstairs.
