Chloe had been feeling guilty for what had happened at school, she had been having nightmares constantly and Max had to calm her down. School was still closed as police hadn't finished their investigation. That morning Chloe had fallen asleep on the sofa and Max was looking after Aubree.

Rachel had just pulled up outside Max's as she wanted to see how Chloe was doing. Knocking the door she smiled when she heard Aubree's voice, Max answered "Rachel, what can I do for you?" Rachel smiled "I came to see Chloe" Max nodded "come in" Rachel entered the house and saw Aubree standing in the doorway with her teddy "hi Aubree" Aubree gave a small smile and toddled back into the living room.

Chloe woke and saw her mum sitting there "what are doing here?" Rachel smiled "I wanted to see how you were" Chloe nodded and sat up "where's Max?" "he's sorting some stuff out" again Chloe nodded "okay, has there been any news?" Rachel sighed "there's been no change" Chloe felt the tears hit her again.

That night Chloe had told Max she was going for a walk but she ended up in a pub "large vodka and coke" the bartender nodded and handed Chloe her drink "your fiancee know you're here?" Chloe turned to see Tom "what's that got to do with you?" Tom shrugged "nothing" Chloe nodded "good" Tom stood next to Chloe "any news on Charlotte?" Chloe shook her head "no".

A couple hours later Chloe was slowly getting drunk and she knew she needed to go home "I'm going" Tom looked at Chloe and took her hand pulling her towards him "no" Tom didn't listen as he planted his lips on hers, she knew it was wrong but she was drunk.

Tom had taken Chloe to the pub toilets and they were passionatley kissing, it soon led onto something more.

Tom and Chloe went outside and they were still kissing "what the hell is going on?" Tom and Chloe pulled apart to see Eddie standing there with a glare on his face "Ed-Eddie, this isn't what it looks like" Eddie glared at Chloe "I thought you were engaged?" Chloe immediatley felt guilty "go home Chloe".

Chloe returned home in tears and she saw Max sitting on the sofa "Chloe, are you alright?" Chloe looked at Max and went upstairs which caused Max worry so he went up after her. Chloe sat on the bed in tears and Max came in "Chloe?" Chloe looked at Max and stood to walk over to him "I do love you" Max smiled "I love you too" Chloe kissed him and pulled him over to the bed still kissing him.

Two Days Later

School was re-opening tomorrow so Max was taking Chloe and Aubree out that night but Chloe was still feeling guilty about what had happened between her and Tom. Once she had gotten Aubree ready she placed her on the sofa with her teddy and went to speak to Max "can we talk?" Max looked at her and nodded "are you and Aubree ready?" Chloe nodded "yeah but I need to talk too you" Chloe sat on the bed "do you remember when I went for a walk two days ago?" at Max's nod Chloe continued "well, I ended up in a pub and Tom was there,  I'd had a few drinks and then me and Tom did something" Max sighed and Chloe spoke again "I'm sorry, I regret it" Max took Chloe's hand and kissed it "I love you, and nothing is ever going to change that" Chloe was about to speak when Max planted his lips on hers in a romantic kiss.

Eddie hadn't been able to speak to Chloe since he saw her kissing Tom, it was hard not to tell Rachel but he didn't want to cause any trouble.

Chloe and Max returned home and Chloe took Aubree up to bed as she had fallen asleep on the way back. When she came back down she saw Max sitting on the sofa on the laptop "what are you doing?" Max smiled "we're going back to London" Chloe frowned "why?" Max smirked "because I want to take you away" Chloe smiled and kissed him "I love you" Max stood and pulled Chloe upstairs.

The Next Day.

Chloe lay in bed with Max and he was booking the trip to London "what's happening with Aubree?" Max looked at her "your mother could have her" Chloe smiled "I'll ask her" Max kissed Chloe before getting out of bed.

Arriving at school, it was nearing 8am so the school was empty "so, Mr.Tyler you took advantage last night" Max smirked "I never heard you say no" Chloe grinned just as he kissed her.

Max made his way to the staffroom and he saw Tom, he frowned when Tom came over "has Chloe heard anything?" Max glared "no, she told me about your rendevouz in the pub toilets" Tom sighed "then I'm sure she told you it was a mistake" Max nodded "she was feeling down and you took advantage" Tom glared "she never said no" Max walked off leaving Tom standing there.

Charlotte had been awake for a couple hours and she wanted to see Eddie, Chloe, Rachel, even Tom!. She had no idea how long she had been sitting there when the door opened and Michael walked in "hello Charlotte" Charlotte grinned "hey" Michael hugged Charlotte "you had us all worried" Charlotte smiled "I never meant that".

Charlotte had been allowed to go and visit Eddie and everyone.

Eddie and Tom were sitting in the staffroom glaring at each other and Max walked in "have you got a problem Eddie?" Eddie glared not realising that Michael had walked in with Charlotte "problem? you had sex with Chloe" Charlotte frowned "what?".
