Things between Chloe and Rachel had been tense since Chloe admitted she loved Max as Rachel was convinced that Max would only hurt her and that he was using her. When Chloe woke that morning she went to get Aubree up, she couldn't believe that Aubree was two in two days. Once herself and Aubree were dressed she went downstairs "morning love" Chloe gave a small smile "morning" Chloe sat Aubree in her highchair and gave her some breakfast.
Once Charlotte had woken and had her breakfast they set off for school. Arriving Chloe saw Max with a smirk on his face "mama" Chloe got Aubree from her carseat and placed her down onto the ground while she got her bag "come here beautiful" Chloe was about to walk off when Rachel spoke "I'll see you after school" Chloe shrugged "whatevs" Rachel sighed and Chloe walked off.
Once Aubree was settled in the creche Chloe left and made her to registration but before she could get there Max approached her "a word" Chloe sighed and followed Max to his office "what's this about Max?" Max smirked "I've not seen you since you walked from school" Chloe smiled "I've been busy" Max nodded "doing?" Chloe grinned "that doesn't concern you" Max frowned "Chloe?" Chloe rolled her eyes "it doesn't matter" Max smirked "well if you change your mind" Chloe again grinned "because I always do change my mind don't I?" Max was about to speak when Chloe walked out the office.
When registration was over Chloe went to English with Charlotte "things seem tense between you and your mum" Chloe sighed "I know, she thinks Max is only gonna hurt me" Charlotte smiled "shes just worried, I'm sure everything will be fine" Chloe shrugged "hopefully" Charlotte hugged Chloe "everything is gonna be fine Chloe, I promise" Chloe smiled "thanks Charl, I'd be lost without you" Charlotte grinned "I'm there for you, like you're there for me" Chloe smiled "thanks".
During English Tom was looking at the ring he had brought for Charlotte, he had heard about Max proposing to Chloe so he was going to propose to Charlotte as he hoped it would make them become closer "Charlotte, can I see you after the lesson has ended?" Charlotte nodded "okay" Tom smiled "thanks".
Once the lesson was over Chloe left the classroom and Charlotte stayed behind "what's all this about?" Tom smiled "I've been thinking about our future" Charlotte frowned "what future?" Tom grinned "the future we have" Charlotte nodded signalling Tom to continue what he was saying "I don't wanna be with anyone else other than you" Tom got down on one knee and Charlotte was shocked "will you marry me?" Charlotte didn't say anything but she walked out the classroom leaving Tom confused.
Chloe stood talking with Imogen when Charlotte came walking past incredibly fast "Charlotte?" Charlotte didn't wait "I'll catch you later Imogen" Imogen nodded and Chloe went after Charlotte "wait up" Chloe eventually caught up with Charlotte "what's happened?" Charlotte turned to Chloe with tears in her eyes "Tom proposed" Chloe was shocked "when?" "Just now" Chloe frowned "what did you say?" Charlotte shook her head "I just walked off" Chloe sighed "what are you gonna say?" Charlotte shrugged "I don't know Chloe, I'm torn" Chloe smiled "do what's best for you" Charlotte nodded "I will".
School that day was only a half day as there had been a powercut so Chloe and Charlotte got their girls and went down to the car. When they got home Charlotte got Taitlyn settled in her bouncer while Chloe played with Aubree "have you made up your mind yet?" Charlotte shook her head "no, I'm still confused" Chloe nodded "okay, decide when you're ready" Charlotte smiled "you seem really understanding" Chloe grinned "you're not the only one who was proposed to" Charlotte sighed "you said yes to Max though" Chloe smiled "not at first".
Charlotte had asked Chloe to keep an eye on Taitlyn while she went for a walk "I won't be long" Chloe smiled "we'll be fine" Charlotte nodded "see you" charlotte left the house.
While she was walking it started raining which made her sigh, she loved the rain, she didn't know why. She found herself outside Tom's and she had made her mind up regarding his proposal. Knocking the door she waited for him to answer "Charlotte, what are you doing here? You look freezing" Charlotte smiled "can I come in?" Tom nodded and Charlotte walked into the house and Tom handed her a towel "I've been thinking" Tom smiled "about?" Charlotte grinned "about what you asked" Tom nodded "and?" Charlotte smiled "my answer is yes, I'll marry you" Tom grinned and pulled Charlotte into his arms kissing her into a passionate kiss which led onto something more.
Chloe had just settled Aubree and Taitlyn when Eddie and Rachel returned "where's Charlotte?" Chloe smiled "she went for a walk" Eddie frowned "its pouring down" just as Eddie finished speaking Charlotte walked in "where have you been?" Charlotte smiled "I went for a walk" Eddie nodded "get dried off".
After dinner Chloe noticed a mark on Charlotte's neck so she pulled her upstairs "well?" Charlotte smiled "I said yes" Chloe squealed "oh my gosh! I'm so happy for you" Charlotte grinned "thanks Chloe, don't tell anyone" Chloe smiled "I won't". Chloe and Charlotte spent the whole night chatting before falling asleep at around 2am.
