Eddie and Tom were sitting in the staffroom glaring at each other and Max walked in "have you got a problem Eddie?" Eddie glared not realising that Michael had walked in with Charlotte "problem? You had sex with Chloe" Charlotte frowned "what?".
--------Now-----

Eddie turned to see Charlotte standing there, hurt obvious on her face "you had sex with Chloe?!" Tom sighed "we were both drunk, it meant nothing" Charlotte glared at Tom "did Chloe kiss you first?" Tom shook his head "no, I kissed her, she said no but I didn't listen" Charlotte frowned "so she said no?" Tom nodded and Charlotte glared "stay away from me".

Chloe sat in class thinking when Max walked in "I need  word with Chloe" Chloe looked up and left the classroom. Once satisfied they wouldnt be over heard Max spoke, "Charlotte knows what you and Tom did" Chloe frowned "what? She's here?" Max nodded "yeah" Chloe paled "she knows?" again Max nodded "she walked into the staffroom as Eddie and Tom were arguing about it" Chloe was crying "what's she said?" Max sighed "she wants Tom to stay away from her" Chloe turned and walked away.

Charlotte was in shock, her best friend had had sex with Tom, she had told Max and he appeared to have forgiven. She was walking through the corridors as everyone was in lesson and she had Michael with her "Charlotte?" Charlotte turned to see Chloe standing there with tears evident "can we talk?" Charlotte eventually nodded and looked at Michael who smiled and walked over to his niece hugging her.

When Michael had gone Chloe looked at Charlotte "I am so sorry" Charlotte sighed "Tom mentioned you both regret it" Chloe nodded "It was my biggest mistake" Charlotte again sighed "why end up in a pub?" Chloe shrugged "I was blaming myself for you getting shot, and I couldn't handle so I ended up there" Charlotte sighed "look, I don't blame you but with Tom? He using you" the tears were rolling down Chloe's face Charlotte walked off, she didn't want to talk too anyone.

Chloe sat in the library crying, Charlotte hated her, Max probably hated her "Chloe?" Chloe looked up and saw Eddie "what do you want?" Eddie sighed "I'm sorry, I never meant for Charlotte to find out" Chloe shrugged "oh well, she knows now and she probably hates me" Eddie sat opposite her "she doesn't hate you" Chloe scoffed "yeah right" Chloe stood and left.

Max was sitting in his office when the door knocked "come" Charlotte walked off "what can I do for you?" Charlotte sighed  "I'm assuming you knew about what Chloe and Tom did" Max nodded "she told me" Charlotte nodded "she tell you after it happened?" Max shook his head "a couple of days later" Charlotte sighed "why did she do it?" Max looked at her "she was feeling guilty about what had happened to you" Charlotte frowned "it wasn't her fault though" "I know, I also know that she regrets it more than anything" Charlotte nodded "yeah I know, she seemed regretful" Max sighed "I think you should head back to the staffroom" Charlotte nodded.

When Charlotte had gone Max continued the paperwork and Tom walked in "Tom" Tom looked at Max "I want you too know, Chloe kissed me back" Max smirked "you must not have been that good, she came back to me" Tom glared "right, she did that because she felt guilty" Max again smirked "she's my Fiancee, therefore she will always end up in my bed" Tom turned and left.

Chloe was sitting outside when she got a text -

Chlo - Is everything OK? I've not heard from you in a while xx

Chloe - Yeah, everything is great, how are you+Sophia ?xx

Chlo - We're great, she's a right diva xx

Chloe - awh cutee, I'm due in class, I'll text you later xx

Chlo - Okay xx

Chloe made her way back inside when her mum came towards her "Chloe, what the hell happened between you and Tom?" Chloe sighed "I'm assuming you were in the staffroom so you know what happened" Rachel took Chloe's hand and pulled her to the side "why? I thought you were engaged too Max" "I am, he knows" Rachel sighed "I assumed that Max would be angry" Chloe scoffed "I knew it, you were hoping that I would leave Max and come running back home" Rachel frowned "that's not true Chloe" Chloe glared "yeah right, I'm engaged to him and I love him! Why can't you accept that" Rachel frowned as Chloe walked off.

Tom saw Charlotte walking through the corridor so he left his classroom and went to speak with her "Charlotte" Charlotte turned to Tom "what?" Tom sighed "look, what happened with Chloe was a huge mistake and it never should have happened" Charlotte scoffed "the thing is though Tom you don't seem regretfull, Chloe does but you? You don't" Tom frowned "I do regret it" Charlotte shrugged "maybe not as much as Chloe" Charlotte turned and walked off.

School was over so Chloe went to get Aubree from the creché. Once she had gotten her she made her way to Max's office "mama ook!" Chloe looked to where Aubree was looking and she saw Rachel "come on Bree, daddy's waiting" Aubree giggled.

Arriving home Chloe went to take Aubree outside "birdy" Chloe smiled "yeah, birdy" Aubree giggled "yay" Chloe grinned at Aubree's enthusiasm "Bree what you doing?" Aubree giggled again "birdy".

Charlotte had to go back to the hospital as she hadn't been discharged so Eddie had taken her "look, I'm sorry, I didn't want you too find out like that" Charlotte sighed "Eddie, It's fine" Eddie kissed Charlotte's head before leaving.

Chloe put Aubree to bed that night and went back outside. It was nearing 11pm when Max came out "Chloe" Chloe looked up "what?" Max sighed "you should come in now" Chloe nodded and followed Max into the house. Chloe fell asleep that night but she knew the sleep wouldn't come easy.
