Chapter 103 - Helping Tom

Charlotte hadn't been back to Tom's since their row and it was taking it's toll on her, she had been spending most of her time with Chloe sorting out stuff for the school and the petition.

That morning Chloe sat with Aubree on the sofa while Max was getting dressed and Isla was playing on the floor with her toys "Mummy do I has to go my Nursey?" Chloe smiled "not if you don't want too" Aubree grinned "can I comes to Daddy's school?" Chloe nodded "yeah" Aubree smiled "thank you Mummy" Chloe kissed Aubree's head and went to call the Nursery -

Call Begins

Nursery - Moor Green Nursery?

Chloe - Hi, It's Aubree-Leigh Tyler's Mum, she's not coming in today as she said she's got  stomach ache.

Nursery - Okay that's fine, I'll let her teacher know.

Chloe - Thanks
Call Ends

Chloe hung up and turned to see Max standing there "flipping heck, you could have killed me" Max smirked "she has stomach ache does she?" Chloe grinned "yeah and she's going to help me with this petition" Max nodded "well if she's helping then you're bound to get signitures" Chloe winked "yeah, she gets her persuasiveness from you" Max smirked "why's that?" Chloe rolled her eyes "you persuaded me to jump into bed with you" Max placed his hands on Chloe's waist and pulled her towards him "persuaded you did I?" Chloe nodded "yeah" Max smirked and kissed her.

Chloe and Max got to the school and went to Max's office with Aubree and Isla "I'll text Charlotte and tell her I'll pick her up" Max nodded and Chloe text Charlotte -

Chloe - Hey, I'll pick you up outside Tails playgroup, Aubree's not gone in today Xx

Lottie - Okay, C U soon Xx

Chloe walked over to Max and winked "what?" Chloe grinned "give me your car keys" Max smirked "what for?" Chloe rolled her eyes "because I need to pick Charlotte up" Max nodded and handed Chloe his car keys and she turned to leave "Mummy can I come?"  Chloe looked at Aubree and shook her head "no, stay here" Aubree pouted "please?" Chloe sighed "come on then".

Charlotte needed to pick something up from Tom's so she asked Chloe if they could make a quick stop to which she agreed. When they got there Chloe spoke "you want me to come in with you?" Charlotte smiled "I'll be fine" Chloe nodded and Charlotte went up the path.

She walked into the house and heard sobbing, she went into the downstairs bedroom and saw Tom lying on the floor "Tom, what happened?" Tom didn't speak and the problem soon dawned on Charlotte "I'll be back in two minutes". Charlotte walked out to Chloe "hey, you ready?" Charlotte sighed "I'm not gonna be able to come, Tom's had an accident" Chloe smiled "okay, text if you need me" Charlotte nodded "thanks Chloe, I'll deffiantley help tomorrow" Chloe nodded and she drove off.

Charlotte walked back into the house and went to help Tom "go back to Eddie, I don't need anyone" Charlotte rolled her eyes "cut the crap Tom, you're lying on the floor, and you clearly do need someone and I'm gonna help you" Tom sighed but allowed Charlotte to help him.

When Tom was clean Charlotte sat on the sofa "look Tom, I love you and I wanna be here for you, so how about I ask Eddie and Rachel to keep the girls for a few days" Tom looked up "you'd do that for me?" Charlotte nodded and Tom kissed her "there's something I wanna do today" Charlotte smiled "what's that?" Tom grinned "get married" Charlotte frowned "we're not due to get married for a few weeks" Tom smiled "I wanna make it official, show my love for you" Charlotte smiled "we don't have any guests, or food or drinks" Tom grinned "you're forgetting that your Dad owns a pub and I'm sure Chloe, Max and the girls will come aswell as Eddie and Rachel" Charlotte grinned "I'll text Chloe".

Chloe was chewing on a pen in Max's office counting the signatures they had collected, she was halfway through when Darren Hughes came in "we have 1000+ signatures" Chloe was impressed "show" Darren handed Chloe the clipboard "Liam Neeson, Steven Speilberg?" Darren nodded "yeah they both said they wanna help" Chloe rolled her eyes "nice try but no-one is gonna believe that" Darren sighed and left the office just as Chloe's phone went off -

Lottie - I need u at Greenock Registry Office in two hours!! Xx

Chloe - Why? Xx

Lottie - I'm getting married!! Xx

Chloe - OMG!! I'll be there, I'll drag Max along :D !! Xx

Lottie - Thanks Xx

Chloe - No worries,  C u soon Xx

Chloe grinned as Max came in "come on" Max frowned "what?" Chloe grinned again "we're going to a wedding" Max was confused "who's wedding?" Chloe inwardly groaned "Tom and Charlotte's" Max nodded "right" Chloe nodded "yeah, grab a munchkin and let's go".

Charlotte knew things could be tense between Chloe and Rachel but she knew Chloe wouldn't make a scene. Eddie had agreed to make a buffet.

Soon it was time to head to the Registry Office so Charlotte and Tom got in the car and made their way there. When they arrived Charlotte saw Eddie and Rachel with Taitlyn and Lillie "hi" Eddie had a massive smile on his face "Mummy where's Choe?" Charlotte smiled "she'll be here soon". Chloe arrived and Aubree ran over to Taitlyn "hello Chloe" Chloe smiled at her Mum "hi" Rachel grinned "you look good" Chloe smiled  "thanks".

Charlotte and Tom were called in "ready?" Charlotte nodded and they began.

An hour later Charlotte and Tom were now married. Arriving at the pub Eddie began serving drinks "Chloe, can we talk?" Chloe looked at her Mum and nodded, Rachel led Chloe outside "I've missed you and the girls" Chloe smiled "I've sorta missed you too" Rachel grinned "I'd love too take them out for a few hours" Chloe nodded "sure, I'll call you and we can arrange something" Rachel smiled "alright".

Charlotte couldn't believe she was married, she had the man she loved, her two daughters and her family. Looking around she saw Chloe and Max looking cosy in the corner and Taitlyn was playing with Aubree and Rachel had Isla while Eddie had Lillie "alright?" Charlotte turned to see Tom "yeah, never better" Tom grinned "good, I can't believe you're my wife" Charlotte grinned at him "I can't believe you're my husband" Tom smiled "as soon as I'm out of this chair we'll go on a honeymoon" Charlotte nodded "I can't wait".

Chloe could see Aubree was getting tired as she was sitting on Max's lap and her eyes were closing "I think we should head home, she's falling asleep" Max nodded "go collect Isla and I'll take Aubree out to the car" Chloe smiled and kissed Max before going to collect Isla from her Mum "I'll text you about taking them out" Rachel nodded "see you love" Chloe smiled and walked outside to Max.

Eddie and Rachel offered to have Taitlyn and Lillie for a couple of days to give Charlotte and Tom a break. Charlotte and Tom arrived home "We're gonna have a relaxful night in bed" Charlotte grinned and kissed him "let's go to bed" Tom nodded and he went to bed with Charlotte.

Max put Aubree in bed while Chloe took Isla to bed. When both girls were asleep Chloe climbed into bed with Max, both falling asleep instantly.
