Chapter 98 - Doubts and Leaving

A/N - So here's my problem, Chloe and Charlotte leave school next chapter therefore I need plenty of drama as it's the last day of school and something always has too happen. PM anything Dramatic or Romantic.

Chloe couldn't believe she was only a school student for one more week, she didn't know how to feel about that. She and Charlotte had completed their A-Levels.

That morning Chloe sat on the sofa with Max while he was organising stuff for the wedding which was in three months "what time is it?" Max looked at his watch "5:30" Chloe groaned "so tempted to go back too sleep" Max smirked "I don't think you should" Chloe looked up "why's that?" Max put his coffee cup down and moved over to Chloe and kissed her "you certainly can wake a girl up" Max smirked and kissed her again.

Arriving at school Chloe got Isla while Max got Aubree "in eight days you'll no longer be in an inappropriate relationship with a school girl" Max smirked "not that I ever cared" Chloe grinned "wow". Once Aubree and Isla were in the creché Chloe went to meet with Charlotte "so in one week we will no longer be school girls" Charlotte grinned "and in three months its your wedding day" Chloe laughed "I'm so having a massive hen party" Charlotte nodded "ah, I'm planning that for you" Chloe grinned "okay".

Chloe was sitting in Max's office during her free lesson but Max spent most of the time on his phone "I'm just gonna go" Max looked up and frowned "why?" Chloe shrugged "the fact that I've been here for about half hour and you've barely acknowledged me" Max put his phone down and walked over to Chloe "I think you should stay" Chloe was about to speak when Max's phone went off "you know what deal with whatever it is you're dealing with. Come and find me when you're free" Max frowned as Chloe walked out.

Charlotte went looking for Chloe and saw her walking down the corridor with tears in her eyes "Chloe?" Chloe looked up and wiped her eyes "is everything okay?" Chloe nodded "yeah" Charlotte smiled "been with Max?" Chloe shrugged "yeah not that he noticed I was there" Charlotte frowned "how you mean?" Chloe sighed "he spent most of the time on his phone" Charlotte nodded "maybe he was planning stuff for the wedding" Chloe shook her head "since we had that row he tells me everything for that" "oh" Chloe nodded and Kim came past on her phone.

Tom was getting agitated, he thought Charlotte was spending all her free time with Chloe, he wanted to be able to plan their wedding but he hardly saw her and when he did she was tired. Tom knew that Charlotte had a free so he sent a text to her -

Tom - My classroom. Now

Charlotte arrived "what's wrong?" Tom glared "I hardly see you Charlotte, you're always with Chloe" Charlotte rolled her eyes "she's my best friend, of course I'm going to spend time with her" Tom scoffed "I'm your Fianceé" Charlotte glared "I've known Chloe a lot longer than you" Tom rolled his eyes "don't roll your eyes at me Tom!" Tom walked towards Charlotte "we need to start spending more time with each other or else" Charlotte frowned "or else what Tom?" Tom shook his head "it doesn't matter" Charlotte nodded "I know what you were gonna say and you can save it! I'm done" Tom frowned as Charlotte walked off.

Chloe sat outside crying, she had the feeling that Max was cheating on her. She didn't know how long she had been sitting out there when she noticed Charlotte leave the school with Taitlyn and Lillie "Charl?" Chloe stood and went after her "wait"  Chloe eventually caught up with Charlotte "what's happened?" Charlotte turned to Chloe, it was obvious she had been crying "Tom, he said I need to start spending time with him or else" Chloe frowned "or else what?" Charlotte shrugged "I walked out, I can't deal with that Chloe I just, I need to leave" Chloe felt tears hit her again "you can't leave I need you" Charlotte sighed "I'm sorry it's for the best, I have my car so I'm gonna go back to Rochdale with Taitlyn and Lillie" Chloe couldn't stop the tears "I can try and keep Tom here while you go if you want" Charlotte nodded "yeah if you don't mind" Chloe shook her head "I don't want you too leave but if you think you need to then I can help" Charlotte put Lillie's carseat on the floor and hugged her "I'm gonna miss you so much, I'll come back for your wedding" Chloe smiled through her tears "you best, or I'll hunt you down" Charlotte puck Lillie's carseat up and turned back to Chloe "see ya" Chloe waved and watched as Charlotte walked off.

Charlotte had just packed her stuff and she knew she had to explain to Tom so she wrote a note -

Tom,

I'm sorry it's come to this but I'm going and I'm taking Taitlyn and Lillie with me. I just don't think our relationship is working. I haven't got the nerve to talk to you face to face because I'll just breakdown. I never meant to hurt you but it's for the best. You're free to move on now, be with someone who will make you incredibly happy. I'll always love you.

Crying she placed the note somewhere she knew Tom would find it. Looking around she felt tears flowing down her face, she puck Lillie's carseat up and took Taitlyn's hand "where we go?" Charlotte smiled "we're going away" Taitlyn nodded. Charlotte put Lillie's carseat into the car and strapped Taitlyn in before climbing into the drivers seat and driving off.

School had ended so Chloe went to get Aubree and Isla, she was still upset because Charlotte had gone "Chloe have you seen Charlotte?" Chloe turned to Tom "you're too late, she's gone" Tom frowned "what do you mean gone?" Chloe glared "gone, she's left Scotland" Tom was shocked "what about Lillie and Taitlyn?" "she's taken them too".

Chloe and Max went home and Chloe told Aubree to go and play in her room and she put Isla in her bouncer "why have you been crying?" Chloe scoffed "why do you care?" Max frowned "Chloe?" Chloe looked up "save it for your bit on the side" Max was confused "what are you talking about?" Chloe rolled her eyes "you haven't even got the guts to admit it have you?" "Chloe I have no idea what you're talking about" Chloe scoffed "you're seeing someone, you're having an affair with someone" Max was shocked "you think I'm having an affair?" Chloe nodded "you're always on your phone, if you don't want to do this then tell me because I'll go back to my Mum's" Max pulled Chloe from the floor "I'm not seeing anyone, I love you and you only" Chloe pushed him away "yeah right".

Chloe put Aubree and Isla to bed and she text Charlotte -

Chloe - Hope you and the girls are okay, I miss you already Xx

Lottie - I just got back into Rochdale. I'm staying with Miss.Haydock. Xx

Chloe - Okay, if you need anything then phone or text me Xx

Lottie - Thank you Chloe, I'll call you tomorrow Xx

Chloe - Okay. Xx

Chloe sighed and she went downstairs "are they asleep?" Chloe nodded "yeah" Max pulled Chloe down onto the sofa "I'm not having an affair with anyone" Chloe looked at him "yeah? Then why does it feel like you are" Max sighed "Chloe I love you and no-one else" Chloe sighed "you being serious?" Max nodded and Chloe went to sit next to him "I'm sorry" Max kissed her. It began to get heated so Max took her upstairs.

Lying in bed Chloe looked at Max "I love you" Max smirked "I love you too" Chloe grinned "quit smirking, drives me insane" Max kissed her before they both fell asleep.
