Summary: imagine waking up to klaus not being there
My body ached as I moved around in the bed, mainly my lower region. I softly whimper and reach my hand out for klaus but instead I'm met with just bedsheets. Where did he go? Did he leave?
Was he only using me?
Thoughts clouded my mind and nothing could stop them. It was like all my insecurities were raiding my body at once picking at everything. How could I think something with someone like klaus would last anyway? I wiped a tear of my eye and stood up off the bed and put shorts and a T-shirt on to go make something for breakfast.
When I walked down the stairs I didn't think to scan for anyone else so when I heard something move it startled me
"Klaus" I whispered. He looked up from what he was doing and furrowed his eyebrows
"Your here?" I asked questionably
"Of course I am love. What's wrong?" he walked over to my and out my face in his hands
"Nothing" I whispered quickly wiping my tears. He leaned forward kissing where my tears were previously
"Love, tell me whats wrong?" I shake my head
"It's just me being stupid. When I woke up you weren't there and I thought-"
"That I left? Used you?" He finished. I nodded looking down. He tilted my head up to meet his piercing gaze
"Love I will never use you. Or anything along them lines. Your an amazing person and I wouldn't dream to do anything to harm you. Understand?"
"I understand" I whisper knowing his vampire hearing will pick it up. He gives me a quick kiss before turning around
"I made you a fruit bowl" he put the bowl in front of me and I put it on the counter before hugging him
"Thank you"
