Summary: Imagine being Caroline's cousin and being new to mystic falls

I just moved to mystic falls about a week ago and I made sure that I unpacked all of my belongings before meeting up with Caroline knowing if she knew I wouldn't be able to get things done with the amount of stuff she plans

"Come on daisy!" Caroline laughed as she rushed out the car. I giggled at her hyper antics as I followed after her
"I can't believe you've been living here for a week and haven't told me!" She exclaimed taking a seat. I look down worried she would bring this subject up

"I'm sorry Caroline, I wanted to unpack so I can spend more time with you once I was done" she grabbed my hand that was placed on the table

"Hey, I'm not mad. I'm happy your here" she smiled up at me

"Thanks" she looks around for a moment

"What are you doing?" I ask

"I want a vodka shot, so I'm looking for a worker"

"How can you get alcohol if your under 21?" I ask confused. She smiles at me and taps next to her eyes

"Compulsion remember, and my best friends brother Jeremy works here so he will just get it for me. Jeremy!" She calls to a boy who just walked out off a room. He looks at her and walks over

"Hey Caroline, who's this?" She looks to me

"This is my cousin daisy, daisy this is Jeremy" he holds his hand out to me

"Nice to meet you" I smile trying to hide the blush on my cheeks

"You too"

"Uh, can I get a drink Jeremy?" Caroline interrupts. He looks away from me to her

"Yes Caroline. What do you want?"

"Vodka shot with orange juice and some fries" he nods writing this down

"And you?"

"Uh, just Fanta and some fries too please"

"Sure. I'll be back with that" he walks away but not without sending me a smile.

"Oh my gosh!" Caroline squeals

"Oh my gosh what?" We look to the side and see 2 girls

"Oh bonnie, Elena this is daisy my cousin" they smile at me taking seats next to each of us

"It's nice to meet you"

"You too, so what was you omg-ing?" Elena asked sitting down next to Caroline while bonnie sat next to me

"Jeremy was totally checking daisy out" my eyes widen as they look to me

"No he wasn't"

"He was, it was like- You know when you see a couple that look so cute together and the way he looks at her makes you wish it was you. It was like that" they all look at me with smiles

"He didn't look at me like that Caroline, she's overreacting" she shakes her head

"Nah-Uh I know what I saw. When he comes to bring you out drinks you too will see. Did I mention that he's Elena's brother?" my eyes Avert to Elena who's now holding back a smile. How did I forget she literally said 'my best friends brother works here' before calling him over

"I-I" she laughs shaking her head

"Don't worry about it, Jeremy can make his own decisions" I look down nervously trying to avoid their looks

"We already ordered but if you guys want to get a drink you can share our chips"

"No, we wouldn't want to intrude"
