A few minutes later chief, severide and Hadley walked in. Chief went to stand being his desk

"It has been brought to my attention that you have been harassing Delilah" Hadley immediately went into protesting against it

"What the hell?! No I didn't"

"The dog food? the bugs? Your gonna deny all that!?" Casey fumed. Kelly looked between me and Hadley

"Your the one that put all those bugs in her locker?" Severide asked with a surprise aggression. Hadley went silent looking down at the floor

"What the hell is wrong with you?"

"Stealing from her? Doing things to her stuff? Getting violent with her? Do you think that's acceptable!?" Chief demanded

"Wait, what do you mean?" Severide asked confused

"Hadleys been doing things to her. Pushing her, tripping her over, putting dog food in her food, bugs in lockers and stealing her fathers necklace"

"You've been touching her?!" Kelly bounced off the wall but chief quickly intervened
"And her dads necklace!? What the fuck is wrong with you?!" He shakes his head

"I swear I didn't know it was her dads" Casey scoffed

"I was right there, she was asking you for it back telling you it was her dads and you said and I quote 'is that supposed to make me want to give it back more'. Who are you lying to Hadley?"

"Your off squad. Hand me your badge" mine and Hadley's eyes widen

"What?" I say
"What?!" Hadley says at the same time. I walk forward closer to chief

"That- that's not necessary chief, I'm sure he didn't mean it that way"

"Exactly"

"No, no exceptions"

"Chief" I sigh
"The reason I didn't want to say anything in the first place is because I knew this would be blown way out of proportion"

"This is how it needs to be" I hear from severide

"He needs to learn his lesson" Casey adds. Hadley takes the badge off his shirt and slams it on the desk

"Whatever" he storms out of the room leaving us in silence

"Delilah You got to know that this wasn't something he was doing for fun, or as a joke. He was doing this to hurt you" i nod looking down

"Okay chief" he nodded for me to leave and I left the room

Severides POV

Casey looked back at the door where Delilah just walked out and sighed

"She's too nice for her own good" I could tell he liked her, and she liked him. He's one of my best friends and I know he wouldn't do anything to hurt her. But that doesn't make me like it even more

"And my sister" Casey and chiefs eyes widen

"She's your sister- I thought it was"

"A joke? So did I until I called dad and he confirmed it"

"When did you find out?" Chief asked

"The day she got here" I said

"Are you gonna tell her?" I nod crossing my arms

"At the right time"

1 month later - Delilah's POV

I was upside down next to mills who was also hanging upside down, whilst the entire 51 was cheering us on. We was having a competition to see who could do a handstand the longest and it was just me and mills left in the race. The prize was a giant bar of orange chocolate

"Come on Delilah!" My arms were shaking under the pressure and I had lost count of how long we had been doing this ages ago. I was just about to give up when mills dropped to the floor groaning. I smiled going back on the floor knowing I'd won and all of 51 were screaming and shouting for me. I laughed as Cruz handed me the giant bar in defeat

"You guys can have it. I don't like orange chocolate I just wanted to beat all of you" we all started laughing and a few cheered for the chocolate

"That's my sister" everyone stopped talking and we all looked at Severide

"Did he just say she's his sister?" I heard Otis try and whisper

"What?" I asked Kelly

"Well not sister, half sister"

"I-I'm your half sister?"

"Is your dad benny severide?" He answered a question with a question. I nodded mutely

"Same" he nodded scratching the back of his neck. A wide smile broke out on my face

"Ive always wanted a brother!" I quickly pulled him into a hug and he hugged me back whilst everyone clapped and cheered again

"Does that mean I can call you Kelly now?" He laughs ruffling my hair

"Sure"
