Anakia's P.O.V.

"Just rest, relax... Get your strength back for now."

"The Resistance is waiting for us, Dameron."

I snap while we exit the ship. Snip's right behind our tails, staring at us star-struck. Perhaps she's just happy I'm awake again.

Glancing around the forest, I find no sign of Grogu or this Ahsoka they've mentioned. When I'm sure no one else is listening, I stop Poe from walking and face him seriously.

"What do you expect me to do until we fix the ship? Twidle my thumbs? Poe... They need us now. I can't just relax."

"Well... Do you know your way around a ship?"

"I barely know how to fly a ship, let alone know the inside of a ship." Sighing tiredly, I rub my face and close my eyes. "I've never even enjoyed flying... I like the view..."

Listing the facts in my head, I try to think of ideas to get us off this planet. Ashoka and Grogu's ship are in pieces at the bottom of the lake; maybe we could use those pieces. Perhaps there's an abandoned base of the Rebellion or Empire somewhere in this system.

It sounds like the First Order nor the Resistance have a clue we're here, so we won't have any problems staying here. Going over all the information, I get frustrated that we, in fact, are stranded here until we fix the communicators. Growling to myself, I stare behind Poe at the trees.

I've seen trees like these before. Maybe they're wrong and this system has a town. The thought only discourages me more, since I'm now pulling theories out of my ass. Seeing my conflicted mind, Poe rests a hand on my shoulder and says with optimism.

"This is just going to take time-"

"Don't you see... The Resistance doesn't have time!" I blurt out in a shout and swipe his hand off my shoulder. "Rey and Finn are going up against the Knights of Ren!"

Pacing now from the thought, I beginning panicking at the odds. "I've fought alongside the Knights of Ren, helped trained them even. They're decent with the force, but great with a blade... Rey and Finn won't stand a chance." The realization that I've doomed both Finn and Rey settles on my shoulders.

"They're going into a lion's den. Oh god, Ben..." Leaning forward and resting my hands on my knees, I find it hard to breathe. Trying to get the words out, I whisper as if air's gone from my lungs. "What's happening to me?"

"Anakia, calm down... Breathe." Poe grabs my arms and helps me sit on the grass. I see his worried expression as he sits down beside me. "I think you're going into shock again... Relax and breathe. Don't think about Rey and Finn... Or the Resistance-"

"Stop! Oh, god-"

I shake out as I rest a hand on my heart and try not to panic. I feel my heart racing and I know it's from all my thoughts and his nervous talking. Trying to forget what I was just thinking about, I grunt at him while flinching.

"Damn you, Dameron."

"O-Okay... Well, think about how you're a Jedi-"

"I'm not- I'm not..."

I see memories form in my mind and slam my eyes shut, trying to push them away. Dameron grabs my hand then and I shove him away before getting on my feet.

Resting a hand on my chest and gasping for air, I stumble away from him. Panicking with memories flashing in my mind, I spit out, irritated and terrified.

"You've done it now, Poe."

Pushing vines and branches out of my way, I keep a hand on my chest as I walk away from him. All I can think about are past situations and my heart. I don't understand what's happening to me, but I need it to go away.
