Chapter 47

Nakatitig lang siya sa mag-ama niyang magkatabi matulog. Nakagapos pa rito si Scarlet, yakap naman ni Harvie ang bata.

Napailing siya.

Tinapos na lang nila ang argumento kanina dahil sa pagod. Hindi niya alam kung paano nangyari at nahiga silang tatlo sa kama ng binata.

Tumungo siya sa banyo ng binata sa bahay niya. Hindi iyon kalakihan pero hindi ganoon kaliit. Naka-hiwalay ang shower room sa toilet, tapos meron ding lavatory at salamin doon.

Naghilamos siya dahil medyo sumakit na ang ulo niya sa kaiisip. She heard the bathroom door open and closes amd there she felt his presence.

Napahawak siya sa lababo at napayuko lang doon. They just both remained quiet, pareho silang kalmado.

"Sa limang taon...ni hindi mo ba talaga naisip na balikan ako?" Mahinang tanong niya sa binata.

Harvie walks towards her. Pumwesto ito sa likuran niya. His chest was kissing her back already. At isa lang ang ibig sabihin 'nun, ramdam na rin niya ang bakat nito!

"Every single day in five years, three months and twenty days, you never left my mind, Collie. You have no idea how much I wanted to go home and be with you..." He whispered on her ears.

Napasinghap siya ng maramdaman ang pagyakap ng binata sa kanyang bewang. Her heart went chaotic but her mind... her mind finally found the peace she's been looking for.

"Pero hindi ka bumalik kahit sabihin mong gusto mo. If there's a will, there's a way---"

"I was in the rehab." He revealed. Nahihirapan at mabilis na sabi ng binata na tila ba wala itong planong sabihin sa kanya.

"A-ano?"

"Tito Spade brought me to Benjamin Mental Health Laboratory. I was isolated and caged in one room. I was out of myself, I was out of control. You know that I was obsessed with you, it wasn't just a simple obsession, it was beyond the limitation."

Lihim siyang napasinghap sa sinabi nito. Gusto na sana niyang harapin ang binata para maharap niya ito pero hinigpitan lang nito ang yakap sa kanya. Like he was telling her to stay still.

"I...I almost killed number of nurses because I tried to sneak out. I can't remember how many injections have been injected on me just to calm me or to lose my consciousness. That was me for the last three years, nahihirapan na rin si Tito Spade sa 'kin but he didn't give up. He keep on repeating asking questions everyday and it calms me down. We did a lot of activities that could tame that demon inside me. And after five years, I healed."

Napasinghot siya sa kwento nito. Hindi niya namalayang umiiyal na pala siya.

"Bakit ba ganya ka kabaliw sa 'kin, ha?! Hindi naman kita ginayuma!" Mahinang asik niya rito baka marinig sila ni Scarlet.

Harvie just planted a kiss on her shoulder then to her temple.

"Who wouldn't be crazily in love with you, Collie? Even until now ganoon pa rin ang nararamdaman ko sa 'yo, but I won't be so possessive of you na masasakal ka na." He said gently.

Napasandal siya sa dibdib nito. His embrace brings her comfort, warm and the feeling home. Ito ang hinahanap niya makalipas ang limang taon at sa binata pa rin niya talaga natagpuan.

"Patas na tayo." Sabi niya.

"You can still have your revenge, bebe. Parang kulang pa 'tong black eyes, scratches at pasa sa mukha ko." Sabi ng binata.

Napatingin siya sa mukha nito at nakakaawa nga pero gwapo pa rin. Imbes na matawa ay napanguso siya. Nakokonsensya.

"Sorry. Sinadya ko." She apologized.
