You are my moon
And I am your sun
You symbolize the light in the dark
In which a person's fears embark
Yet all emotions and desires of a human being
Defines what you hold so dearly.
I exemplify heat and enjoyment
Wherein yet I control one's life
I am the epitome of each human's personality
And still am someone who after twelve hours just go by.
You are my moon
As you are exquisite
The light you can provide on a stormy night
Is one I am determined to gatekeep.
You are my moon
And I am your sun
You are mine
Just like I am yours
Yet you are so far.
The time you wake up
Is the time I sleep
I say "good morning,"
And you say "good night."
Not even knowing which detail
Still made passion alive.
Yet there is a time we can be together
Still, we must wait farther and further
And that is when we are observed
Above the horizon when a selenelion occurs.
So, see you every after thirty years
Meet me above the horizon
I'll wait patiently
To hold your hands again,
My moon.
