Is it weird to know that I'm not weeping?
That I'm not crying like I used to
My fingers don't shake or hesitate as I type
And my naked thoughts aren't afraid anymore.
Maybe because I know this isn't the ending
Maybe deep inside this is just a phase
That we'll overcome soon, we don't have to worry
Because all I know is that we'll work this out someday.
Shush, honey, you don't have to cry
I'll wipe your tears though if you do
But always know you have me in the skies
No matter how hard or heavy it is for you.
