I miss you
And your voice
That once tickled my system
Yet now hurts me to hear.
I miss your presence
That once made me feel the safest
Yet now makes me awkward
And nervous.
I miss your stories
You're so talkative when it comes
To things that you really like
It's so entertaining, and at the same time
Lovable.
I miss your face
And the way it smiles
Or laughs
When I tell you the corniest and dirtiest jokes.
I miss your affirmations
Whenever you say you're proud of me
It makes me the softest,
I miss you,
Actually
That's it
I just made a poem for it
Because I can't publish a chapter
That only says 'I miss you.'
And I can't say it directly to you too.
